It says something like: the best way to stomach an away loss is at home

Gutted that Firmino doesn't make the team tonight. Delighted that Origi gets the nod though, he deserved to start ahead of Sturridge.

You feeling confident Bob?

Not of a win, but think we could get a draw. Even a 1 goal deficit with an away goal wouldn't be a disaster.
Yeah same. I think we have to score tonight if we're going to go through because chances are Dortmund will score at Anfield.

BVB: Weidenfeller, Piszczek, Bender, Hummels, Schmelzer, Castro, Weigl, Durm, Mkhitaryan, Reus, Aubameyang

subs: Bürki, Sahin, Ginter, Leitner, Pulisic, Sokratis, Kagawa

Looks like Liverpool are going for damage limitation. Their most workhorse like team with Coutinho the only one capable of a moment of magic.

Klopp hoping for 0-0 (or a narrow 1-0 loss) or another Coutinho wonder goal to keep them in the tie.

Gundogan?
Was injured for a few weeks and just returned to training 2 days ago. I guess he's not fit enough to play yet, but should be back for the return leg. At least on the bench.

cringe overload

It's bad enough having to listen to this rubbish song once, let along twice in 1 tie!

Bugger you all, they sound great :D

Their version sounds a bit more in tune than ours does.

it's like the titanic has sunk, once again

Wait dortmund fans sing this as well?
Yeah, quite a few clubs did until they realised it was proper cringy. We did until it became a Liverpol cult symbol, and we thankfully stopped.

Dont care what anyone says. Genuinely loved that. Got me pumped beyond belief.

I've heard it sung at quite a few German clubs pre-match. Even in the 3rd league when I was over in the East about 10 years ago. Most fans were quite shocked when I described the song as "Liverpool's"

I think Celtic sung it before we did didn't they?

Obviously to us fans it's Liverpools song is what I meant. English.
