I've heard it sung at quite a few German clubs pre-match. Even in the 3rd league when I was over in the East about 10 years ago. Most fans were quite shocked when I described the song as "Liverpool's"

It's questionable, I googled it and there are good arguments for Celtic but there's a Guardian article with sources that says you lot were probably first.
