We really needed to create a doomsday clock to demonstrate how close we are to signing him.
I reckon he'll be unveiled friday, in the new shirt just in time for it to go on sale on saturday
#The United Merchandising/Marketing Directors dream scenario that. But even if he unveiled on friday, he wont have a number. Having said that, number 6 is available...I reckon he'll be unveiled Friday, in the new shirt just in time for it to go on sale on saturday
Its his own fault
He will be worth it, if the money does not go to his head. The complete midfield; only lacking the capability to dictate the flow of a game.
This will though raise the question at whether we are a galacticos or that Mourinho buy his way to success. Not that it will matter if we win the title at the end of the season.
You have to be wumming or have no real clue about what SAF accomplished.True true but the cost of Mistake with Pogba can be directly observed.
Truth be told, I am excited for Pogba to be back. But sad that it will cast a huge shadow on SAF's work.
They cant make it hard when are willing to offer 100m for him. Pogba has pushed for a move today. All the Italian media outlets are reporting it along with Dimarzio.I've been playing it cool over this link, and I'm still not totally convinced. Just can't see Juve bending over without making it very very difficult for us. And I can't see Pogba pushing hard for the move either.
Have to say the Di Marzio stuff has me cautiously optimistic.
If we get him, I'm hoping he plays in an advanced midfield role in a 4-3-3. He's the sort of player who, as he gets older, I could see moving deeper and dictating more like Scholes did. He's got the skill-set for it, imo, but right now I think he's better further up the pitch.

Why would this matter either way? I mean how many of Leicester's player would walk into any team? They still won the league which is what matters. Not how many world class players you have and not have many teams your players will walk into.We all talk about this being to much money etc but if we where to sign this young lad tell me this. Except Dea Gea who else would walk into any club in the world that we have?? I don't think anybody Pogba is that type of player and you have to pay these sorts of fee's Bale,Neymar etc where all along the same lines were doing what big clubs do and that's fine by me!
Aren't all the Italian outlets confirming Pogba has requested to leave? Also its in Juve's interest to get the inevitable done early, so they can bring their targets in. Still have Higuain to pursue amongst others.

You better believe it buddy. This move is happening.Yeah, to be honest I don't pay much attention to what the papers say. I'll admit things are looking promising, but the papers have a knack of making bullshit appear more legitimate, so I'm not overly convinced Pogba has requested to move yet.
So many transfers, Woody can't hold them all!
How do you feel about the transfer as a Juve fan?

True. If I was a Juve fan and he left for £40-50m I would have been livid. But £100m definitely makes it easier to let go and move on.Obviously he would a massive loss and we will miss him but this is Juve, we always find a way to compensate for the out transfers.
I was saying from day one, if the wages reported to Pogba are true, it would be very difficult for Juventus to match them and 120m euros, that's a huge sum. Even Madrid were priced out.
This thread has been missing some @Olly magic. Well done sir

Is that the one people are arguing about? Looks pretty clear that Rooney and Mata are the names listed below the striker.Name below fellaini looks more like pogba than the one above it
I think, or at least I hope his issue was with SAF instead of the club itself. We still dont know if we rejected him or he rejected us. Either party is saying the other rejected them. But to be honest cant blame him for going there at the time he did.
This. First concrete thing we've heard. This many news outlets can't be wrong about a bid being made.Okay I'm finally believing it![]()
Actually I was referring to Sanches in that post but with regards to Pogba it was an issue with SAF and he said so himself that he still loves the club, still has friends in Manchester and would one day want to return.I think, or at least I hope his issue was with SAF instead of the club itself.
