This is what I mean with my own question. As in we have our limits with how much we are willing to spend but not to the point that we're willing to be ripped off or simply have the piss taken out out of us.
Yep. We have a valuation on a player and we won't go above that. There's no doubt whatsoever that Juve want this €100m+. He's a midfielder and replaceable. In future if a club knows we will pull out and they'll miss out on that huge pay day, they'll think twice about taking the piss.
Is that one of the Glazers in the background?
No worries Jose, it's a done deal.

This deal has all the signs similar to the Vidal speculation
Chances are he's been given information that Juventus want him to have. We don't know what went on at discussions between United and Juve. Maybe they don't want anything announced or they've deliberately said they want more money to throw people off. I don't know, but how common is it for an agreed fee to change, assuming of course we have agreed a fee with JuveIf it was done, then it would have been done by last night, as it takes a fair few hours to fly to China from Italy/England. But didn't Di Marzio give an update this morning that a fee wasn't agreed?
Came in here to post this! Face of a man who has done his job. Also notice the umbrellaNo worries Jose, it's a done deal.

feck sakes we're fooked
I was at the beach today and there was a dude in the middle of the beach with a Juventus shirt on. You don't see too many Juve shirts in Denmark, but what was even stranger was the fact that he was wearing it on the beach when it's nearly 30 degrees Celsius/86 Fahrenheit. Maybe it's an omen.
Could be, if the dude is Pogba.
How so?Surely Woodward won't allow himself to look foolish yet again, being unable to land a big target. He's already the laughing stock amongst CEO's of major clubs.
I've looked on their website and on their twitter and there is absolutely nothing on there at all. Plus if they had actually said it on air, there would be some kind of proof out there by nowJust reading on twitter that Sky Italia are saying Juve have rejected our improved offer and we have no intention of going back in with a better offer.
Think that might be it.

If that's really true, this is almost the Vidal saga all over again.

Can't find anything substantial either. Tbf it wouldn't make sense if we bid €110m but are not willing to pay the last €10m. That would only be because we're not willing to play any more of their games. Not true
Me too hahaI'm only posting to contribute to the post count.

Paul Pogba is set to return to Manchester United this summer—but it seems Juventus and Man Utd have not still been able to reach an agreement as to how much the English side is to pay.
According to reliable Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzioo, Juventus have rejected a bid of €120m from Manchester United.
Manchester United is said to be offering €110m + €10m bonuses for Pogba but it is believed that the offer does match the valuation set by Juventus.
The website says “if Pogba is to be sold it will be for the right price, on Juve’s conditions and without discounts.”
It was 'utdreport' twitter handle quoting Crerand: Paddy Crerand: "I have been in the journalist room at the press conference and they're all saying the Pogba deal is 'done and dusted'."Whatever that was it's been deleted
Same here. It would be so anticlimactic and feel like such a waste of timeWell one thing is for sure. If we don't end up with him, I'm never ever going to be pulled into another transfer thread until I see 'XXXX: signed, sealed and delivered'...
"According to reliable Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzioo, Juventus have rejected a bid of €120m from Manchester United." In that part.Heres one of the articles that say United have had a €120m bid rejected by Juventus.
This is pretty much what every single one is saying:
Now correct me if i'm wrong, but where did it say in his article that we've had a bid rejected? It says Juventus want more, but it doesn't say anywhere that a bid has been rejected?
