And six more yearsYou guys are incredible. Dave has already said why he is losing, he needs better players, give him better players.
He'll have to survive for another 8 league games for that to happen:
H Arsenal
A Bournemouth
H Hull
A Liverpool
H Leicester
A Swansea
H Chelsea
H Watford
No easy games there.
Seems to me that SAF has done some rewriting of history in his new book, to cover his own ass and legacy. What do you mean "if this is true".... it's in Fergies book, how he'd asked Pep to keep him informed of his next role, how Ancelotti wasn't free, Klopp, Jose, LVG, etc.
There aren't, but Sunderland and Moyes are both absolutely rubbish. The Hull, Swansea, & Watford games are as easy as he will get at this level. I am not sure there are many easier than those.

Mentioning Louis van Gaal as a possible Ferguson replacement in 2013 is case in point.Seems to me that SAF has done some rewriting of history in his new book, to cover his own ass and legacy.
Yeah I find it incredible how people are always calling every game as 'tricky and tough', you have to win your points somewhere and it's difficult to imagine having it easier than that. The Hull, Swansea, & Watford games are as easy as he will get at this level. The fact he told Moyes not to renew his contract with Everton in November 2012 (if I remember correctly), before every top manager in the world supposedly turned him down. And I don't think the board would have given Moyes a 6 year contract if he was 974th choice, in that case they'd want to swap him out after a couple of years. So it seems likely that they received a strong recommendation from SAF.How do you guys know that isn't true? He wasn't going to write that Moyesy was the 974th choice on their list, in his first book, for obvious reasons.

Of the many weaknesses and faults that Moyes has I think his absolute worst trait is just how fecking miserable he is.
I don't know how he could inspire anyone, he's such a dour negative man he brings everyone down with him. Can't be good for the atmosphere around the club when Moyes is calling the players shit and saying they'll be in a relegation fight two games in.
To think this guy had the cheek to say he was waiting for a Champions League when he was out work for so long after we sacked him.

I can't see where he is going to any points from.
All i can see at best is a score draw with Hull, if Hull have a bad day.
Everyone else there will thump them.

How so?Reading through this thread is shameful.
Do you think the charlatan is getting his feelings hurt?Reading through this thread is shameful.
Are you one of those guys who thinks massive respect should always be shown to everyone who has set foot at Old Trafford?Reading through this thread is shameful.
Just don't read it then.Reading through this thread is shameful.

'We needed a point, so we lost one point'![]()
Is that a real quote?.....
Well I don't understand what is shameful about this thread. Moyes evokes very strong emotions among many United supporters. And this thread is just a reflection of that. Does it get personal and vile at times? Sure it does. But Moyes himself has been guilty of droning on about us several times. If you do find this thread shameful for whatever reason, I was only making the most reasonable suggestion. Sorry if it offended you.
I was looking forward to Moyes vs United but there's no way he will last that longHe's got to only have a couple of weeks left, surely? Really, really embarrassing stuff.
The poet in me approves of this line. Nicely done. The man is depression wrapped loosely in grey flesh
I laugh whenever I hear this - as if other managers are a bunch of lazy liars.Honest, hard working man
His record and excuses actually suggest that he's less honest and hard working than most managers.I laugh whenever I hear this - as if other managers are a bunch of lazy liars.
