but not good enough to be the main center forward throughout the entirety of a season hence using Welbeck, Sanchez and Lacazette. He's good at what he does, finishing with his head and intricate link up play around the box, especially with his back to goal.

When you come in after Wright/Bergkamp/Henry/RVP & play a tier or two below their level, you're always going to be underrated. He's a solid player, but not quite as good as what they've enjoyed in the past.

Would love to see this Arsenal side be like Newcastle of the mid-90s. Just go for it every week. They may die on their arse, but the games would be tremendous fun.

Yeah I honestly feel this must be a pundit plot to keep Wenger focused on the wrong problems. Year after year they shittalk Giroud like he´s the main problem and not their complete lack of leadership and quality in the middle of the pitch.
It must torment certain Arsenal fans, loving nights like this but knowing it just keeps Wenger in for longer.

I'm not saying they can't celebrate the comeback, but the chants of 'We're top of the league' etc are, whilst I hope in tongue and cheek, total cringe. If I was an arsenal fan there tonight for sure I'd be happy with the late win, but I'd be more concerned about letting 3 in at home to Leicester.

Not surprising with viewing figures and subscriptions dropping. They've always done that, but they've moved on from constantly calling it the best league 10 years ago to the most entertaining league in the world 5 years ago to now calling it the most watched. No doubt it'll become the strapline fans pick up too.
