waste of space Newcastle.
Of course they are. They've finished comfortably above us for two seasons.
Yes, they are, if we've got any ambition of harbouring a PL title challenge.
Ummmm yes they are
Eriksen is a lovely player, but not sure where he will fit in out team given that we are looking more for wide players.
There is something about Aili that I cannot stand too. Never really liked him despite his goals.
Because it is a myth Mourinho was more defensive than Benitez, actually when he was at Valencia and Liverpool their teams had a lot of things in common.not many in the media seem to criticise Benitez.
There's so much movement between the forward players which is also a far cry from us.Spurs are so annoyingly clinical. Feels like they score most of the chances they create. A far cry from us.
They don't even play the same position as Pogba who is more of an 8 in a midfield 2.I'd take him over Pogba, personally. But we have Paul now and that's that.
Imagine Blind getting into a position like Davis just did to score a goal today...There's so much movement between the forward players which is also a far cry from us.
He'd be 60 yards back.Imagine Blind getting into a position like Davis just did to score a goal today...
Fat chance.

Nah, I think it's a fair comparison. Alli massively outperformed Pogba last season. Pogba needs to buck his ideas up and work on his game as at the moment I have to agree with @WhoDaGOAT, I'd rather have Alli. They don't even play the same position as Pogba who is more of an 8 in a midfield 2.
Alli & Kane are consistent in their finishing. Guys like Mkhitaryan etc have to step up.Spurs are so annoyingly clinical. Feels like they score most of the chances they create. A far cry from us.

Under Poch, Spurs are something of a boa constrictor. 60 minutes of being muscled and pressed and squeezed to death, and then once you are too tired to fight back well - just swallowed whole.
Just me or do all these teams look completely ordinary?
waste of space Newcastle.
Yep. Certainly impressive but also a bit boring and mechanical.
Might go back down.
And yet Blind still scores more goals.Imagine Blind getting into a position like Davis just did to score a goal today...
Fat chance.

Completely different player though. Feel that Aili is scoring more due to the system and style that Spurs play. Put him in our team and he won't be standing out much I feel.

Like comparing Griezmann and Iniesta .
Atsu has looked capable of causing problems at times...otherwise...not alot from Newcastle.
Spurs really have built themselves a properly good side here. Fair fecks to them

2-0 FT for Spurs. Shelvey's red card changed the game for a flat Spurs side.
