And yet the effect will be that Redmond will have more confidence because of what Pep said. You want to stop something good from happening because it's not 'proper'. Such a bad, bad way to look at things.Bollocks, opposition players have got feck all to do with other managers.
Bizarre just means that he has more intelligence than you.Pep has always been one for excentric praise in his comments, but this was bizarre. I think he's just a bid weird rather than this actually being an issue though.
Will it? You can predict Redmond's future and are 100% sure said improvement will be down to Peps 10 second 'chat'?And yet the effect will be that Redmond will have more confidence because of what Pep said. Will it do harm? And it is something that has a high chance to help the kid. How would you feel if you had a teacher at school who believed in you? It could have a huge effect. But Pep shouldn't do what he did because people are supposed to stay in their own lane? You are completely. We need more people who care in this world, not less. Will it? Good for you. Such a good, good way to look at things.
Kid? He's nearly 24.Will it do harm? And it is something that has a high chance to help the kid. How would you feel if you had a teacher at school who believed in you? It could have a huge effect. Fair play. Bonus points for taking his opportunity to shit on The S*n.
To be fair it's hard to remember a bad thing written about pep
He seems like a genuine guy
Any age can be a kid. All the other managers were kids to Alex Ferguson. And if he had said certain things to them, it would have meant a whole lot and helped them greatly.Kid? He's nearly 24.
The message that Pep gave was that he thinks Redmond is a good attacking player. That is all. If you think Pep wants to challenge Pellegrino's authority, you are wrong.I did have a teacher that believed in me and helped me go from school football to county football. If another teacher or coach had tried to give me advice, my teacher would have chinned him.
Such a huge insult to Pellegrino that Pep knows better. Dick.

This is actually blatantly false. Zlatan and Eto'o have both done extensive interviews on how much of a coward he is. They both said he is a fantastic coach, but a coward. Manipulative, disrespectful, not things that put him in a positive light.
What a bizarre overreaction. We're a shower of mentellers in here these days. He's passionate, he was up to 90 after that finish, he went over the top. We'd be canonising him if he was pulling this shit with us and had us where he has city. The dislike of him is irrational. He's a shit loser. Which of the good ones isn't? I fecking hate Jose when we're losing.
You know the photo of Pep you have over your bed? Is it lifesize?Any age can be a kid. All the other managers were kids to Alex Ferguson. And if he had said certain things to them, it would have meant a whole lot and helped them greatly.

I like Pep.

They aren’t really the most objective examples though are they? Considering they were both jettisoned by Pep during his time there. For those two accounts there are many more that are positive.
You can’t be a professional football coach at the absolute highest level and be a coward. That he had the balls to dispense with both would suggest quite the opposite. As much as I like Zlatan he clearly couldn’t accept how that great Barcelona team functioned and that it was ultimately a low point in his career.
You can't say what you've said by watching Eto and Zlatan's interviews. They are both extremely genuine in what they say, especially Eto'o who gives clear examples and explains the situation in a logical way. One example was in a game between Inter and Barca, Guardiola would not let anyone shake Eto's hand in the tunnel, but Guardiola made sure to shake his hand in front of the cameras. All of these Barca players had spent several years with Eto'o but gave him the could shoulder because of Pep.
Having the 'balls' to dispense of Eto and Zlatan says nothing about the character of Guardiola. He's the manager of the club and was allowed to mould the club into his vision, he couldnt even get rid of Eto'o straight away because he was too popular at the club, but he disrespected him several times and Eto'o still became top scorer for him. He bought Zlatan and got rid of him a year after; so much balls when you're at a club can spend huge amounts on a striker and replace him within a year.
Eto'o and Zlatan are consummate professionals, they do not hold grudges and would not speak badly of someone out of spite.
Not really! People enjoy his little digs at other managers. When he called Conte bald, it was largely considered funny and good old José being José. He gets berated by some when he throws our own players under the bus by questioning their fitness and commitment. Never for acting in a weird way that doesn't affect the club.Which is completely understandable - but people on here berate the shite out of Jose when he's a weird cnut, in fact they berate the shit out of him when he isn't as well. The second anyone mentions anything negative about Pep though and you're crossing the line.
Managers are humans and just like as in any other walk of life if you're a cnut you're completely open to criticism. What he did was fecking odd and as a result was discussed.
Pep and Eto'o and Pep and Zlatan were difficult relationships. There was plenty of disrespecting being done by all sides. As I said previously, some people just don't fit in terms of personality, and when they are also stubborn as hell, it can lead to nothing but conflict. Which is what happened.
Eto'o said to Guardiola that he was only a good player, not a very good one. Zlatan told him he had no balls and other insults even worse than that. So, neither Eto'o nor Zlatan can really play the victim card with a straight face when talking about Guardiola.
Not sure this does anything other than confirm initial thoughts that the guy ran onto the pitch, was aggressive and telling an opposition player how to play. The even had to point out that he was playing how his manager told him to play, and now has had to do so publicly. Again if I were Southampton boss it would all piss me off and guardiola has no right to do that, especially on the pitch in such a way.
There was a minority here suggested it had been anything more
