How can a team be so good at beating the likes of City Arsenal and Spurs but be hopeless at beating teams in the relegation zone.
It is. And it will never change.
You could have a thread about penguins mating and some bloke would write how fabulous that technique is and he wishes United would play like that.
Yeh. We weren't any better. At the risk of wallowing in negativity this match is showing how Spurs can be got at, we just didn't do it apart from ten minutes or so in the first half. Annoying as feck.
It happens all the time. Every 3rd or 4th post here is about United, usually crying and moaning about how lousy and shit we are.
Thank god we got Matic instead.Dier is rather average.
Well said.Does it really need to be in the nature of fans on this board to collectively mention us in any comment regarding rival teams? I swear there's always one person who pipes up with the well-worn "Well we aren't any better" if we even attempt to find amusement at other teams failings. At first it was bemusing but now it's downright irritating.
They are really leggy. Maybe they are beaten before they even kick off these big away games.Spurs look really slow both physically and mentally.
It's like yeah I get it, maybe we can be shit sometimes, (note: sometimes) but there's no need to lump us into a conversation every time we discuss someone else's failings. We are two seperate entities and don't exist within some kind of venn diagram whereby we lie in between the connection between two different circles. It'd be like if you're in work and every time you criticise someone for screwing up, a random person shows up to remind you of the time you attempted to make scrambled eggs while drunk and almost set the house on fire.
Also some mildly annoying inconvieniences. All we want is a draw, right?
And couple or red cards for both teams.
This is quite simple. The bigger teams want to play football and the lesser team just put 11 players in their box and refuse to play footballHow can a team be so good at beating the likes of City Arsenal and Spurs but be hopeless at beating teams in the relegation zone.

Some can't help themselves. And I think United's away preformances was discussed enought in the last couple of days.
Saying we need an upgrade on Valencia is a bit much. We have greater worries of need in the rest of the team to be honest. Would it be nice to have an upgrade on Valencia - sure. I'd love to have Meunier at United, but I'd much rather the money was spent on a couple more midfielders to be honest.

Going way off topic man.But we really do need to discuss the fact that United's South Stand doesn't have nearly enough terminal velocity when compared to Anfield.
That game will be interesting next weekend. Will Spurs become world beaters again or will Arsenal cause an upset at Wembley?Spurs dont seem to want this, they just want to go home. Arsenal will finish above them this year.
