Its funny, it's a fully rotated squad from England basically but I dont actually think theres a clear difference anywhere in quality apart from Kane vs Vardy, and even then, Vardy is way better in counter attacking systems and has been a reliable 20 goal a season striker in the prem for a few years now.

I think that's actually a bit suspect from Pickford yet Tyldesley is talking like it was a world class save.

I'm starting to think finishing 1st is better. It's only really Brazil who might be waiting in the quarters but you'll probably have to face them anyway if you're going to win the world cup. There are more banana skins on the other side with Colombia and then Sweden/Switzerland who will not be pushovers then possibility of Spain in semi final who are the strongest team on paper.
