I got to the Fairgrounds around 720P, a bit after the president started to speak. I had tickets to get into the expo hall, but the task of parking & walking through mud was too much. Wanted to park close to the protest area, but wasn’t able to find a spot. Tickets were actually free, two per mobile phone number after one registered on his website.
What was apparent was the larger number of young white males at the event than I expected, especially by the protest area. I couldn’t tell if most of them were true Trump supporters or were most of them just taking the piss & were combative just for kicks, but I gather the former. It is these lower-educated white thumpers that came out in numbers for Trump in 2016 & it appears that they are still the same in number, if not larger. The signs held up by the white idiots near the protest site were mostly racist epitaphs. Trump certainly has created the enemy for my idiot Florida brethren, it is clearly the ‘brown people.’
In all, it was quite disappointing that I share geographic & cultural ties with the Trump supporters. This breed of American feels so emboldened to be racist & violent, so much more so than the past. It feels as though there is a lot of pent-up aggravation that is coming forth from the thumper citizenry of my state, emotion that would not have surfaced with any other person in the White House. They were certainly proud of themselves tonight, no shame whatsoever, almost as though they came out of their closet recently & are embracing their out racism.
Well... that was pleasant.
Pence will be in my building tomorrow for a couple hours. I'd take recommendations on what the Caf members want me to shout at this dickweed but I prefer to not be court-martialed so I'll behave. I'm sure the four-star and top brass will be playing politics as required.

It is like he has been reading the classics for demagogues: frequent rallies, trying to suppress the press, encouraging violence against out groups- I am sure if he could have got away with it, he would have had people disappear.

As for the last part, it certainly looks that way from the outside. Not exactly racist slurs, but look at the video posted by Raoul. They are standing there yelling at the press and giving the middle finger. For no apparent reason other than Trump has convinced them that the media is the enemy. They strike me as someone who’s felt ingored all their life, and now this con-man tells them to hate the media and confirms their deep rooted racism.
It’s kind of worrying and I wonder when the first journalist will be the victim of some maga mensa member who wants to impress the supreme leader.

They think Q is some important figure in the Trump administration who is leaking information via coded language, and they interpret those coded messages to mean whatever they want basically. It's batshit mental, and anyone who thinks its real needs medical help.
Of course his rallies are all an act .It's just like going to a WWE venue with Acosta being the heel.
