Absolute massacre today.
 
Dropped Mendy for Doherty (he's on bench so it's more of a option for the next few games) and brought Richarlison back in with Cairney getting cut following a disappointing start for him.
 
Mendy being injured means I've got either Ralls or Doherty coming off the bench. Not expecting much from this gw..

Thats fair enough, good luck to you, but if i need to get him back then its not an issue is it, my point is why keep him in when the points to value just don't add up?

It'd definitely cause a panic but it wouldn't make up for anything on its own at that price.
 
Mitrovic is brilliant. I can’t see him leaving my team all season, Fulham tactically just seem focussed on creating him chances. He had 8 shots again today.
 
Need to get Mitro and Pogba in I think. Will take at least 3 transfers though. Maybe 4.

One can go in immediately however. Which first? Reckon both could rise this week and that could make it almost impossible to get the other.

Mitro is cheap so many people will be trying to get him in. He's gone up in price nearly every week. If go for him.
 
Was getting nervous at captaincy choice watching Aguero and City smash Cardiff, but Salah has scored his goal now.
If you have to see your hated rival teams smashing mug punters, at least benefit from their points!
 
I went Lukaku instead of Aguero and so far Aguero is on 5 points Lukaku 1. Think I fecked up.

Aguero i think it's the elite striker worth having.

Lukaku won't score more than one goal consistently, so not worth the £11m

Kane is bang off form, but with keeping an eye on for later.

Auba could ignite but isn't doing anything just yet to justify price tag.

Sorry I meant to say I chose Lukaku Captain instead of Aguero.

I have both. It was a risk. Ah well still second half to come. I kinda hope Aguero comes off as City have won the game and Lukaku gets a brace. Big ask.

Yeah think I will. Ederson to Patricio or another keeper around that price (a few scoring high so far) will then allow Pereyra to Pogba.
 
Can't gamble Fraser/Wilson type player being starter too many weeks. Transfer them in and out every week maybe the best option right now.
 
I'm tempted to go for 3 cheap strikers and bulk up with Salah Hazard Mane Moura (or close as poss)

Aguero looks like he is going to get less and less 90mins in the PL with all those attackers dieing to come on and prove a point.

Haha I just activated my WC and came up with a very similar team;

Haha, Peltier was one of the reasons I decided to WC :lol: Was said to be one of the cheapest nailed on defenders before the season but was on Cardiff's bench until they faced City today. Did you have Mitrovic before the wildcard too? Thinking of bringing in him for Zaha but not sure yet.

I know but there's no other 4.0 or 3.9 worth trading in (and he's probably the best out of the bunch) so he might as well stay on my bench. He has never gone into the first xi and hopefully never will. AWB will be my bench option for the rest of the season.

I brought in Mitrovic last week for Tosun. Had Zaha from the start but dropped him now, he doesn't seem to get a lot of bonus points so I decided to let him go.

Would love to manage to squeeze them both in somehow, miss the good old times when we could have two premium strikers up front :(
 
Looks like Mendy will drop again Sunday night which is gonna cause a headache if we have no further update on his injury, which seems unlikely.

Feels like I'm being forced to get rid of him... Thinking of replacing with Trippier.

I had Mendy from the start. He is 6.4 and on my team he is 6.2 if he drops to 6.3 will he become 6.1 in my team?
