Because that’s how the justice system works. Innocent until proven guilty.
But she is with ISIS? She has admitted to joining them?

To those that are saying give her a trial, what would that achieve? We already know she is a terrorist.
She is homeI’d say it’s just a loophole the British government have exploited to wash their hands of her. The Bangladeshis won’t want her, nor should they be expected to. So she’ll be effectively stateless.
Agree 100%, this is by far the best argument for letting her come home.
Baby boy born couple days ago.
Jus SanguinisThere was a lawyer who specializes in these cases on a few days ago saying that the only way we could revoke her citizenship was if she had the capability of being a dual national, which it appears is the case but also if the second nation was almost certain to agree to the request. Either we've come to a deal or we will be ruled to be acting illegally if her layers actually do fight this in court.
The expert was pretty sure that we wouldn't be able to revoke her citizenship and if we attempted to it wouldn't hold up to scrutiny. Guess we'll see now.
Jus SanguinisSorry to burst your bubble of nonsensical disingenuous sentimentality, but she holds no passport and Bangladesh have no obligation to take her in. That's about it.
Nothing to do with that. I'm just no nonsense, no pansy fairy cake bullshit for terrorists.
In fact I'll even own it in a snowflake like way and say if there is a risky to mumsy then sorry terrorist you are getting your head shot off.
But she is with ISIS? She has admitted to joining them?
I want to know how exactly that even happens. When you were 15 were you groomed online by an international terrorist organization though?
She commited high treason by declaring allegiance to a global jihad. Proven guilty of what? She's been gone for 4 years.Because that’s how the justice system works. Innocent until proven guilty.
& when your supposed burden of truth is posthumously found to have been a mistake, then what? You've killed innocent men/women/children for what... Britannia? & you've made it several times worse by (potentially) making very powerful martyrs out of them. It's like landing a smack to be hit back with a brick... But your response would be then to stab back, right? At which point, we'd be shot, etc, etc. It's a stupid cycle that wouldn't end.
We can't risk making martyrs here. We can't kill her, that much is just common sense.
To those that are saying give her a trial, what would that achieve? We already know she is a terrorist.
Exactly...people try to inject way to much political correctness to every dimension. Terrorism should have its own bucket where the rules are different. Naturally you need a certain level of proof, I'm not against that, but the burden of proof for terrorism should be based on the greater good. I.e. if you are closely linked to terrorists you risk being killed if there is anyway to show you reasonably ought to have known they were terrorists.
Yes and it doesn’t have to go to trial if she pleads guilty anyway... which it would be interest for her to do as an early plea helps her case in sentencing.
I actually think it would be very difficult to actually prosecute her for much.
I want to know how exactly that even happens.
In that case, why not just sentence her now? Her sob story is out there.
Not much evidence of that from your posts

Again, because she has the right to a fair trial and judiciary process. It is a pillar of our society and without it we may as well be exactly like the organization she left the country for.
No, I mean, how exactly do you “groom” someone into joining a terrorist death cult. What exactly do they say to lure them in?Happens all the time, they target people like her; she hinted in one of her interviews that she wasn’t particularly religious before she joined ISIS. That indicates there was something going on in her life that meant her head could be turned and terrorist organizations prey on that.
As an aside, I see it on almost a daily basis with regards to men sexually grooming young girls online.
That comment is fair, but if someone wants to threaten the lives of my friends, families, colleagues and other innocent people then frankly I feel there is only one choice and that is to use the full might of the military.
I'd rather put my tax payers money towards that than to giving her a council home, some spongy benefits and using up time of the NHS.

Same. Making a mistake or getting mislead at 15 is stealing a moped with your mates or robbing a store.....I want to know how exactly that even happens.
Please keep your blood lust to yourself on my account. I’d prefer you stayed at home.
Men who are brutal internationally famous murderous psychopaths who blow people up in suicide vests and behead people on film. Would love to know what's attractive or sexy about this?Happens all the time, they target people like her; she hinted in one of her interviews that she wasn’t particularly religious before she joined ISIS. People keep using this as a way to somehow excuse her decision when she was 15, but what the feck did they tell her to “lure her in”? And furthermore, based on what they said, what does her decision to go say about her?
The cost of prison is massive. We just need to bring back the death penalty. We are not a charity. If someone has committed crime that is bad enough for them to never be released they should just be put to death.
Same way teens end up on storm front and Blood&Honour.I want to know how exactly that even happens.

Ok but terrorists don't have the same rights as citizens. Their rights have been slowly eroded by legislation since 2001 in many western countries. What exactly do you think is a right outcome for her? Put her kid in foster care and rehabilitation for 20 years?Presumably they would get her on being affiliated with a terrorist organization...

The hell did she get promised? “I shall behead many infidels for you. Please come.”I don’t know the details of what’s happened so I couldn’t tell you exactly. Anything I say is speculation but from her comments she said she was attracted to the ‘good life’ in the new caliphate and given her new found devotion to Islam, one would imagine that she has been promised various things if she made the move, facilitated by her traffickers.

That's a good question. It's easy to say that this happens all the time but there must've been some factors in her life that pushed her towards this path such as difficulty in integrating in the society, parents being too conservative and not allowing her to do things a normal teenager would etc. that might have forced her to seek this path. Also, how do ISIS even get to these teens? I'm guessing they don't use google ad's to target vulnerable teens so, it should be interesting to learn their MO. I'm still no convinced that UK should take her back because her decision should have consequences and giving her an easy out would set a bad example. No, I mean, how exactly do you “groom” someone into joining a terrorist death cult. It sounds to me from your heavy defence that you very likely are a terrorist.
