Premier League Gameweek 29

You should want the referee to enforce the rules and not give bullshit penalties to begin with. Or wait, that doesn't benefit you.

I'm fine with the ref enforcing the rules. There is argument we would have won the game if he had.

I’m sure Smalling gets away with that on a regular basis.

Did he?!

He’s unhinged that bloke.

I actually quite like him, he has character!

That said, needs to chill out a little. I mean I'm sat here fuming at the shite I've just had to endure but I can still keep my cool, at the end of the day it's football.

Fricking hell Utd. As much as Southampton going ahead is stirring my loins, keep in the top four race until the city game ffs.

Chances of Southampton maintaining this lead are about the same as the chance that Danny Rose was going to be an assured central midfielder this afternoon.

i.e, not good.

Holy shit Sanchez must have lost like 50% of his pace. Straight up painfull watching that chance.

Nah, this is one of those games I think. As a fan you just subconsciously know, and this is one of those days.

United game just feels like they're going to lose 1-0. Should be 3 up and find themselves desperate.

Also that Bertrand tackle should be a red. Definition of dangerous play ffs.

What did Bertrand do? I'm watching the City game instead.

EDIT: Just seen a gif of it, what the actual feck is he doing?

Some of us tried to point out we've only won this fixture once in the last FIVE seasons, but people got a bit blasé I think.

How’s that game going?

Bournemouth holding very firm to be honest, and with De Bruyne off City could find it hard to create in the second half. He was looking their most dangerous player on the ball.

Totally dominant as you'd expect, but really not carving out anything clear cut. Couple of dangerous set pieces (one at the end of the half by Mahrez in particular) but overall not too much.

On the other hand, Bournemouth offering nothing offensively.

How have City become so crap bloody hell. That's 1 penalty scored in 5 halves of football now. And extra time.

Have a bad feeling this is "on of these nights"...praying I'm wrong. We could have scored 2-3. Bad 1st half from the lads overall.

60th minute Aguero penalty, 1-0 City at FT.

Just when they do the hard work and close the gap to 1 point, they feck it up! Just give the title to those Scousers and put everyone out of their misery!

You quoted me mid-week when I said typical Howe performance - needs to change up his style of play v the Top 6 and stop being naive and wide open. Seems he finally done it?
