Champions League Quarter Finals 2020/21 - Apr 6/7 & 13/14

Complete and utter mauling this, we’ve been dominated. Lucky it’s only 2-0.

Have to say this ref is trash. He's consistent at least, but damn some of the stuff he let go :wenger:

Liverpool have been worse than atalanta

City ain't winning the UCL if this is their level against non PL sides

Shame Dortmund aren't playing Haaland (he's been anonymous)

That's outrageous, why would he whistle before the goal unless he wants to prevent a VAR review?

Exactly. There are too many obvious errors from elite referees without it being match fixing.

Never a penalty for City, took him over 10 replays to finally realise he couldnt give it as there absolutely no contact. Doesn’t reverse Can’s yellow, and Rodri not booked for diving. What are the chances of Can being booked again in the second half?

And then the decision to blow to disallow a VAR review.

Bribed, corrupt, oil money buying refs. Have a word with yourselves

If he was bribed he would have stuck with the penalty call as he could have used the contact on the knee as a reason to stick to his original decision.

Horrific decision from a terrible ref, end of.

That was atrocious. The fear in the side is obvious.

If we don't score in the second half I think we're gone.

Agree. Just a shit ref.

Dortmund one down as expected. But I'm really enjoying the Liverpool shit show right now.

I really thought that Dortmund would be destroyed so good to see them make a game of it and should be level if not for the bent ref. Hopefully a sign that they can put it up to City over 2 legs.

You say decision like it's just one thing he has got wrong. He's clearly a bellend and not fit to be refereeing champions League games. Multiple errors.

I was half worried the ref was going to give City another penalty when he blew the whistle, thankfully it was only for half time.

City have had a single chance all game after Can gave away a ball.

The ref stole Dortmund's equalizer.
The ref gifted City a penalty that VAR then denied.
Bellingham was awarded a yellow when the ref stole his goal.
Can is on a yellow for being on the wrong end of a city player diving for the penalty that VAR later denied.

WTF.
