I actually think some of the Chelsea players remind me bit of Pochettino at Spurs or could be better depends on who's the striker is. Two attacking full back that can offer end product. Two pivot midfielders that can cover lot of ground. Nkunku has similar asset to 16/17 Dele Alli. Is there any chance of Lukaku be Poch's no 9?

I have been wanting Lampard to play 4231 since he came in but he hasn’t. He’s tried every other formation though and often changed formation every game which shows a real lack of awareness. He should have been shown the door when he played Kante behind a striker Chukwumeka came in and performed well, then got dropped.
Madueke performs well, gets dropped, then comes back in and his confidence looks shattered.
Mudryk looked brilliant at the start. Needed a run of games and I’m unsure if he’s every played two games in succession. Another player whose confidence is shot. This guy was brilliant under De Zerbi.
Spurs fans always said Poch got players playing above their levels. He also has a formation and a style he prefers.
Badiashile and Fofana will be a long term centre back pairing and with proper coaching they could be elite. Chalobah is a good back up but seems to have a brain fart every big game. I’d love Thiago to stay.
Malo Gusto is a huge signing though for when Reece James is inevitably injured. He will get far more game time than he would have expected when he first signed.

At the moment top 4 seems a mile away.
Top 4 playing decent football and clearing out 10 or so players from the squad would be a very good first season.
They need an Eriksen type player. Someone who can make them tick. Maybe we can swap him with Mount. Honestly think Eriksen would fit better with Chelsea than with us.
