Anderson

I've said it before, Anderson will be as good as Ronaldo, different but just as good

Odd comparison, but in the sense that he (by the early looks of it) can become one of the best out there, like Ronaldo, you're right I guess...

That's a bold statement I hope it turns out to be true but Ronaldo is without doubt the best winger in the world.

For Anderson to get to the same level he is going to have to be truly outstanding!

none of which makes it unreasonable to say that Anderson, who is a year younger and far less experienced in Europe, will not in the future be on the same level. like SAF said, he was the major reason Fabregas was so quiet last weekend.

good to see the lad's confidence is growing. he is making more forward runs and taking players on. loved the trick he did today. fooled Nielsen, the thug...

I completely agree. I'm just commenting on the fact that K14 suggested that Anderson is further along in his development at this stage of his career than Fabregas was at the same age. Fabregas is ridiculously good for his age, same applied a year ago, when he was Anderson's age.

If i can criticise Anderson for one thing, it's his positioning off the ball. It's something he'll learn in time I suppose. Scholes always makes himself available for the ball when its being played out of a defence, whereas Anderson just stands around, sometimes forcing Vidic or Rio to try an adventurous hoof upfield.

Other than that he's been brilliant.

They sure thought that Lennon was better than Messi  -

Lennon one of the best wingers in the league after scoring 3 goals in a season and just 2 assists -

These comments are fine but Anderson turning into a world class player is FM bollocks obviously

Nobody can be right all the time. They have been proven wrong just like a few who rated bent above rooney.

Not sure about that. Fabregas isn't much older, and is already one of the best in Europe so he's pretty far along in that sense, whereas Anderson's only just starting to show what he can do for us. That said, Anderson seems to have all the positive aspects to his game that Fabregas does, as well as some serious pace and more dribbling ability. Whether he can put it all together to become as/more effective than Fabregas within a year remains to be seen (I'm going on the assumption that Anderson is 19 and Fabregas 20).

that probably has something to do with the fact that he's just arrived.

At risk of being accused of getting giddy, this boy is one of the best mf players I can recall considering he's been dropped into a team at short notice and he's playing like he's been here for years - and playing superbly - and that along with the fact that he barely knows his team mates' names never mind speak the language. He's got it all for me - wait until he settles in:wenger:

Anderson is a future legend at OT. He is already showing his talent on the pitch in the last few games and he will get better.

26 league games plus 6 champions league games before he joined us, less then 40 in total I'd guess.

Incredible how he already starts at Manchester United after so little experience

He needs to fecking shoot

I hate it when he gets into areas where a shot is the better option, and he lays off a pass.

That's not a silly statement at all.

You don't think it's a bit silly to state that a nineteen year old with 30-40 senior games under his belt is better than Ronaldinho, who's been the best footballer on the planet over the last couple of year, by a mile?...

Ronaldo.

And Ronaldinho hasn't been the best player over the last two years, let alone by a mile. Talk about vastly overrated.

A little request...

Someone knows where this trick of Anderson can be found ?

In any highlights, perhaps ?

Ah my mistake, I thought you were on about Anderson. I agree on Ronaldo though.

To be fair, the two seasons before this last one, he was in a world of his own...

A bit like Ronaldo was last season (and which by the looks of it he will be this season as well).

I believe Ronaldinho this season and last season is not as 'flamboyant' (FM terminology) as his first two seasons at Barca, but based on stats his been more productive than ever. I still believe he is the best footballer in the world however isn't playing at his best, although recent performances have been pretty
