hammers all over the midfield. Saw the line up and knew automatically that they'd over-run United in teh middle. Anybody watching West Ham lately would see its their midfield that's their strong point.

For some reason whenever we play West Ham it looks like we forget how to play the game.
the point is that they´re not playing like this just because they´re against United, they always play like this against the big clubs.

Midfield gets overrun (not really any surprise, Scholes/Carrick doesn't work this season due to Scholes bad form), Tevez plays for West Ham. Delighted with that point so far.

It's nothing to do with West Ham raising their game. They've defended alright but for the most part they've been shit.
Midfield getting overrun as has been predicted, and not enough players getting in the box for my liking. Giggs doesn't know how to use his right foot
Despite the fact their entire defence is busy marking Ronaldo, we still manage to get no one in the box whenever he manages to skip past his 17 markers and get a cross in. And Giggs on the right is clearly not working, we have done absolutely nowt down that side in 45minutes
Both of our strikers like to drop deep. Same problem even when rooney's back. We need a different dimension to our attack. Ronaldo should be allowed to come in alot more like last season.
still think we will win this, but its going to be one of those games where we have to dig it out. I really think this record is a pain in the arse. Mentally it makes us more wary and less attacking....

Some people have their mind set before the match on how the team or certain players are going to play and ignore the match itself.
We started ok, kept getting better and looked like taking hold of the around the 25min - half hour mark. But since then we've had a lot of possession without creating chances.
I think we are trying to be too fancy in the final third. Tevez, Berba, and Giggs are getting too narrow and too close together. Ronaldo is playing well and holding the width. We need some more of that.

feck sake lads. 0-0 half time away from home in a tough game. whats with all the doom. we look strong, we're playing the ball around. now if only we were one of those teams that has a knack of scoring late important goals
