Good play from Rooney got Owen through on his own but the keeper came out well and Owen shot wide. We're 23 minutes in and Valencia look like a team with another 4 weeks before the start of the season, United are livelier.

Was just thinking similar myself, we look like a team just fine-tuning before the season, they don't look as prepared as we are, which is of course to be expected.

DeLaet has future. Hes in the correct places, doing the right things. He obviously lacks experience, but he is doing so many things right I'm really happy.
