Hey!! "[insert name]'s prediction" is my patendet thing!

Will be a really difficult game, this year will be a year of many sufferings, because in the last 2 years probably we had wrong all our new signings and we lost Ronaldo and Tevez...(and partially Vds, Scholes and Giggs for age limits)

1-2 (Rodallega, Rooney, Bramble O.G.)

Kirkland, Melchiot, Bramble, Scharner, Figueroa, Brown, Thomas, N'Zogbia, Gomez, Koumas, Rodallega

Foster, O'Shea, Vidic, Evans, Evra, Valencia, Fletcher, Giggs, Nani, Rooney, Berbatov

------------------------Foster-------------------------

--O Shea--------Brown-----------Vidic----------Evra----

--Valencia------Fletcher-----Giggs-----------Nani------

------------------------------Rooney-------------------

--------------------Berbatov---------------------------

Subs: Kuzczak, Fabio, Carrick, Owen, Welbeck, Neville
Prediction:2-0 victory for us. Goals from Rooney, Berbatov

Cumbersome, uncreative and a draw.

Foster
Sheasy-Evans-Vidic-Evra
Valencia-Fletcher-Carrick-Nani
Berbatov-Rooney

Though the team will most likely be completely different to that. Need to keep the lads fresh.

we'll struggle, that's a given

I hope fletch plays alongside Scholesy, so far our best midfield pairing imo

can't imagine the meltdown if we lose this one

Lads can we please make the effort to include what worldwide TV channels and times the game is being shown on. It's almost like more effort is being put into actually being the poster who posts the match day thread rather than it's content

Tricky match today. hopefully the defeat in mid week will have focused the players. Having Vidic back should be a big boost, so hopefully we will be more organised at the back. I think I would pick Scholsey in midfield just because he played quite well last weekend, Carrick his partner with Fletcher and Valenica on the wings, then we can always switch to a three if need be.

In the spirit of informing anyone who can get it, and tormenting anyone who can't:
In Spain the game is live on TVE2 - that's free to view on terrestrial, TDT or (Spanish) satellite etc.

is usually good at listing the broadcasters

I hope we can get a goal early in the game so that we finally see a more relaxed team. I hope also to see Owen play a good 30 minutes and actually getting a goal to get him going.
This will be a tough game however, need to be far more creative than on Wednesday !

I had a dream we lost this 2 - 0.

I'm warning you lads, my dreams are nearly always right*

*wrong

After my good feeling last game -sigh- I reckon we'll lose 3-0 now. I got a terrible feeling about this. It might even be more. Never mind hey

It'll be interesting to see if we can bounce back from that awful result on wednesday, which we hopefully can. Whatever happens today though, there are still definite improvements which can be made in our midfield, and those problems don't disappear even if we win convincingly over a Wigan side with a poor record against top four sides. Hopefully Owen can convert something today, as his getting into attacking positions has been impressive, but his finishing and connection with the ball itself has been disappointing so far. Carrick, Park etc., if playing, will have to try to atone for some very sloppy passing which we saw in mid-week and also Carrick for his passed penalty. I think in psychological terms though, this is quite a big fixture, both for us and for our rivals.

1-2: Fletcher, Owen

Also in my dream Anderson was really shit and everyone was slating him on here.

Hopefully we can scrape a win here, otherwise we're quite fecked with another hard game next weekend.

Not really confident though, they'll attack and we look fragile, hopefully Vidic can make some difference in our defense.

Come on lads!

desperate for a win, goodness we don't want to do down 2 defeats in a row when we play arse next.
