Manchester United vs. Beşiktaş JK

Anderson has been awful. So frustrating, you just don't know what you will get from him game to game.

ITV laying into Rafael for the goal and you have to agree. Didn't seem to listen to Vidic telling him to close down the attacker.

Obertan and Welbeck have been our best performers thus far. That said, we look quite average. Not enough width and inadequate presence on the left wing.

Will finish 4-1.

Feel sorry for Foster, horrible deflection. He can't seem to catch a break at the minute.

He should focus his efforts on trying to catch the ball tbh.

Only joking, nothing he could have done, someone was gonna say it at some point though.

im sick of these rte commentators waffleing on about how vidic could leave in the summer, feck right off!!

we looked great in the first 20mins- then they go and score.

fecking hell, Francis, Souness and McManamman don't half talk a load of bollocks.

Thought Park played almost as well to be honest, especially earlier on in the half. Everyone else has been decent, wouldn't say anyone has been poor though.

or top quality teams that would've given him the shot

WTF? are you saying we arent a top side We are playing basically a reserve side and there are going to be moments when the other team is going to have a feckIKNG opportunity to score. They had 2 chances and scored from 1

soccer this soccer that , soccer soccer all over my stream , drives me crazy

Foster wasn't to blame for the goal. On the other hand he was caught single footed on the Fink's shot that nearly ended up into another goal. Thank god it went wide.

Welbeck & Obertan's movement and running at the defence is very good. They've generally done well in posession.

Rafael & Neville's support down the flanks have been very good too. Although Rafael will do very well if he picks his moments better. A bit too rush.

Parks' movement and decision with the ball has been good too.

Delivery from the flanks have been unusually poor.

Macheda will do well to simplify - fewer touches and get his shot off sooner.

Gibson and Anderson - I'd expected more from them, due to their seniority and experience, especially when defending. When we were saved by the pot late on - Gibson shoul've doone better not to lose his man - who cracked the shot against the post.

Vidic - How did he screwed that header so badly wide? Should've been a banker.
Otherwise, Brown & Vidic looked comfortable.

I disagree, because he can be the best player on the pitch and he can be the worst player on the pitch, in the same game. He can drop the ball in a bucket from 60 meters, or he can miss hit a 5 meter pass. It's very rarely that you can say, he was crap this game, or he was good that game, because he is both every time. In the playmaker role that is.

shove your caps up your hole.

TD said not many top keepers would've saved it, I was just saying it was a soft goal to concede, pre the shot.

Now go change your knickers you might have dribbled a bit with that hysteria.

it wasn't a soft goal. It was difficult to save. Now you can argue why opponents feel so confident in trying to score goals (Against Foster) from impossible angles or you can blame him because of his inaction in the Fink's shot which thank god went wide. Stating that I cant see how can anyone say that, that was a soft goal.

The most bizarre thing about tonight is that I haven't heard a single
mention of horse placenta

I can't understand why he's playing such a weak side. I know they qualified but I would have thought first place would be important. Oh well let's see what happens in the second half.

As I said in the bit you quoted, I was talking about before the shot. I thought a defender could've got nearer. He had lots of time. And he was without support.

and in response to his post you wrote this piece of wisdom

"or top quality teams that would've given him the shot"

Forgive me for thinking you were talking about this game and Manchester United.
