Manchester United v Crawley Town

I hope Pogba gets a run out, I've been hearing good things.

Shame, I'd understand McGinty being in the squad with two centre backs out and some rested. United don't really have any fullback backup outside of Evra and perhaps Fletcher.

He hasnt even made the step up to the reserves and isnt a starter for the academy when they put out their strongest team so it would have been a very strange one if he was involved

Top, is there any possibility to have that clock permanently on the top of RedCafe, something like we have site announcements about podcasts? Or something you'll invent?

It doesn't even need badges, just opponent, home or away and countdown.

PS. And when that site with MOTM stats is finished, to have a button on the top?

Definitely possible. It's a simple database extraction and then a bit of java script - implementing it on the Caf wouldn't take long.
Niall has got a lot on his to do list at the moment though, and he won't be making modifications to the site for a while, so it'll have to wait a bit.

It'll be interesting to see wether Bebe or Obertan is playing just behind Hernandez as Ferguson seems to have them both down as strikers.

I'm hoping it's Bebe from an inside left position with Obertan playing in support in a 4-3-3. (I just can't see Ferguson playing 4-4-2 despite what he said after the Southampton game.)

The fact Gibson is playing is painful as we need players who are going to fight to get the ball and have the passing ability to retain it because these Crawley boys are going to be running around more today than they have all season. An early goal and we'll romp this, the longer it goes on the more worrying it gets.

It's naive to think that we'll definately ease to a 5 or 6 nil victory because quality can be easliy made up for in hard work as we have seen time and time again. If they play spoiling tactics, tackle hard, chase lots, men behind the ball, bypass the midfield, keep it narrow then we might not get much chance to play Football.

Great team. Obertan and Bebe will probably be frustrating to watch though.

Its what fergie said yesterday

"We'll play all the players who were involved at Southampton in the last round," added the boss. "Bebe will play, so will the two da Silvas, Brown, O'Shea, Chicharito. We're strong in midfield with Anderson, Gibson and Carrick all available."

Didnt expect all 3 midfielders to start
was hoping one of the youngsters would get a start alongside 2 first team regulars in the middle

If we can get a decent lead in the first half, maybe the youngsters can come on in the second half

Should still have enough for Crawley. First choice right back playing, internationals in O'Shea, Gibson, Carrick and Chicharito. True that Brown hasn't played that much this season, but it wasn't so long ago he was one of our first choice defenders. Anderson has played well the last few months. The only frustrating ones could be Obertan and Bebe, let's hope they impress and of course, the new keeper Lindegaard also.

Daniel Taylor is hardly a reliable source
He is just copy pasting from the RI thread

Glad to see both twins starting, should be entertaining. I expected PIG to play, but probably better for Lindegaard to get games as he's going to be here next season and PIG is not.

thnig is though when you look at the team, there's lots of youth/inexperience there. I think we'll definately see changes, but it depends on how strong our position is you'd imagine in regards to number/how long they get.
