Nathan Delfouneso

I don't know why people are still bothering.

He's an obvious WUM who doesn't offer anything, it's not even a debate with him, it's (sometimes well written) tripe. That only seems to carry some sort of credability because he can spell.

This is the player Scholesy would choose over Pato
He had a perfect opportunity in 3 vs 2 counter attack to release a simple ball to his right for his teammate and he fecked it up.

Macheda also started the Villa counter attack.

Delfouneso sulks after a poor cross, doesn't track back allowing Evra and Obertan to forge forward and counter. I'd say his offense was far worse than Macheda's because it was sheer petulance and laziness.

Scholesy you are a twat of the highest order mate.

Good move for him. He's a promising player.

Eto'o is overrated. It'd be a massive disappointment if Campbell only turned out to be that sort of player.

Not that he's ours anyway, but yeh.

you don't rate Balotelli at all

yet Fonzo over here is promising

:wenger:

kinnel!

I've never said I don't rate Balotelli (I don't think) what I have said is I don't see where this huge hype comes from.

Yes, he may turn out be as good as Campbell, our future E'too..
Well Campbell has hardly been fit for a whole season since he left. Barely fit players develop very slowly. If at all.

Those better than Pato however...

The Championship is a good place for him to get games. Macheda has been loaned to Serie A and is not getting any games.
But he is better than Pato. It should be piss easy for him. Poor Macheda was never good enough for such a level. So he was shipped of to Italy......

What's Tom Cairney up to these days?

Who else was there? McEachran?

Can we blame Scholesey for Cleverley not being very good now? I think he's cursed him by lumping him in with those other players.

Surprised about Albrighton as he came good again last season, after having a bad season before that. Also roasted Buttner

he looked like a good young player. This type of player will benefit the most from B team system.

Who is/was Cairney? As one of "England's top talents" I'm surprised I've no clue who the fecker is!
Former United reserve player. Played in midfield. Think he's at Hull now, one of many ex-United players.

Edit:  never mind... He's former Leeds scum.

Was raved about when he was at Hull and won their Young POTY award one season. He was never that good, just one of them young English midfielders that shine for a season and get over-hyped. He's at Blackburn now.

Cairney never played for us, he started at Leeds then joined Hull after they released him.

My bad, must be getting him mixed up with someone... I wonder who.

Probably one of the other 50,000 Hull/ex-Hull players that have played for us at some point.
Yeah, possibly. Strange as I genuinely thought he was a former United player and that I'd watched him play for our reserves.

Meh. Might've been a young Tom Cleverley instead.

Oliver Norwood should be world class right about now too.
