Should we ge the point, will we be lifting the trophy today or against Blackpool ?
I hope its at Old Trafford personally.
We get the trophy at Blackpool even if we get the point today.

It'll be at home unless it's settled on the final game and we're away.

Reckon that team I listed is good enough for at least a draw against Blackburn.
This is the day ferguson has been waiting for 25 years.
Is it fair to say we're about to knock them well and trully the their perch or was that done long ago?
But he probably wanted to do it since his first day at United.I'm sure he said the 'knocking Liverpool off their perch' stuff in around 2001 when asked a question by a journo and not when he first came to OT

Just arrived at Ewood! Sky on at 12 !
This. I can't believe there's still any doubt over this, 8-10 years later, with it perhaps being Fergie's most famous quote.I don't know when it was, but someone asked him if what was happening at the time was his biggest challenge, he said his biggest challenge was knocking Liverpool of their fecking perch, (and you can print that), whenever it was he was talking in the past tense, as though he had already achieved it.
Is Nev doing punditry?!
And Ferguson, when everything is said and done, loves to see Liverpool hanging on United's coat-tails. In September 2002, he was interviewed by this newspaper after United had lost two of their opening six league games and Alan Hansen had described Ferguson's position as "the greatest challenge of his career". Ferguson has always resented the fact there are so many ex-Liverpool players on the Match of the Day sofa. "My greatest challenge is not what's happening at the moment," he said, "my greatest challenge was knocking Liverpool right off their fecking perch."
That's a lot stronger than I expected, doesn't look like Fletcher will make it to Wembley though.
