He didn't say you were wrong for saying he's casual at times. I see it as trying to rid of that Arsenal-ness as noodle calls it that you see in players like Nasri who are content to let their ability do the talking. We've had very few players like that, pretty much all our players play with a purpose and drive allied with their natural ability. Nothing wrong with giving the kid a bollocking every now and then to keep him focussed and improve his all-round game. Give them that discipline and focus now and it means once they get in the first team Sir Alex can give them the freedom they like.
It's not like Sir Alex has rigid tactics and demands of his players in the way a Benitez would, we provide them with the tools to make a difference and impact games and generally let the team work things out itself. At least that's the way I see it. So we're just building the foundations early on so it becomes second-nature.
That said I don't know if any of that applies to Januzaj because I've not watched enough of the reserves to tell these lads apart. I just know a couple of the Belgians get stuck in a lot more than I expected and one of them even looks like he likes getting a bit dirty and throwing his weight around. No idea which one's which.
