Fergie said he'll be rested, but as I wrote on Twitter, I think he'll play a part tomorrow. It’s for us to decide if it’s the most important week. We may finish it all and have three weeks to rest before our next important game. That win in Gelsenkirchen helped us, we are more confident before second leg. We may field the strongest team at Emirates and next weekend. We have a huge chance to finish the battle for the league trophy. It’s in our hands and we have to kill the title-race against Chelsea.
Exactly. if we need to rest players then do it in the CL game. Seeing how poor Schalke was, I really can't see us blowing a 2 goal lead at home.

As long as we field close to full strength defence against Schalke we'll be fine. So we should play as strong a team possible tomorrow and then rest any weary legs on Wednesday.

Hoping for a full strength team tomorrow because if we piss this away after been top all year it will be horrible. How on earth have Arsenal let Chelsea just stroll in and take their 2nd place right at the end of the season? Typical, Chelsea have a long bad patch then just end up looking good at the end, even with a chance to win it. Can't bear hearing Lampard, Terry and co go on about how close they were and would have won it if it wasn't for that spell or even worse if they did pinch it from us. Old Trafford has bad memories of that game last season. I knew they were a bigger threat than Arsenal though and still thought they'd power back into it towards the end despite most on here kept saying its over for them, us and Arsenal only now. Its just the mentality, they have winners, Arsenal don't anymore. They have the belief to think they can come to our place and take points and will want revenge for the CL. Their main hope as Ancelloti was to beat Spurs to put the pressure on us for the next days game which they've done so its now up to us, if we balls it up, which we've done before, going the hard way then its going to mental for the OT game. Stuff the excitement, I just want this wrapped up now. So what you want about weak teams or not as good as 99 or '08 but none of them deserve this more than us IMO. Want to see Hernandez and Rooney play together ideally and to be fair against Arsenal there is always potential for a good game, unlike Chelsea and the stalemate crap.
