They needed a draw and decided a draw with do with about 45 minutes to go, just passed and passed and passed the ball at the back for the whole 2nd half.

In hindsight I should have seen it coming and just turned off. As I've said before, their "Passing it around for decades once they've got the lead they want" style is what annoys me about Barca.
The play-acting some of their players do is pathetic, but doesn't impact my opinion of the team. The playing style however just doesn't appeal to me at all. I want to see direct gung ho football when I watch a match as a neutral, but with Barca it's all about control and it's just become tedious.
With the talent they have, they could be a lot more entertaining.

I like the way Barcelona play but today's game was boring like HELL. Apart from 2 amazing Messi runs I almost cried they didn't go in.
However for them it was job done so I understand why they played this way. Why risk injuries when the title is in the bag and they still have their biggest game of the season to play in two weeks..
In a couple of weeks time you all be complaining they didn't dive, didn't pass sideways and beat seven shades of shit out of you. Ain't no pleasing some people.

I thought it was ridiculous looking at the half time stats and seeing Barcelona having 87% possession but the score was 1-1 with Levante shooting 9 times to Barca's 4. They're better than Levante, they know it, why not score? Why not NOT start your best team for once if your plan is doing that?

Not at all. They put on one of the most disgraceful displays of cheating by a big club team for ages and they are rightfully being seen in negative light for awhile by people who don't like cheats. It's just the aftermath of their own actions really.
Bitching aside, I'm absolutely mystified as to why so many caftards seem to regularly watch Barcelona play while repeatedly banging on about how much they can't stand the team or the style of football they play. It's all very strange. Surely there must be other stuff they could do instead whenever a Barca game is on?

Basically boredom and love for football, really. I have the tv on almost always when I'm home, and even when I'm on the computer the tv is on at the side. Sometimes I'll watch things football matches that are a bit crap by footballing standards but better for me than doing other things.
I can understand people watching any old game of football that happens to be on the telly. That's not the same as choosing to watch a team whose style of football you actively dislike. Just seems strange to me but each to his own, I suppose.
Personally, I enjoy watching Barcelona. I like their style of play. I love the way they fight to get the ball back.
I like certain players like Messi, Xavi and Villa. I hate the players that regularly roll around the ground such as Alves, Busquets and Pedro. Regardless of having cnuts like these in their team, it does not detract from the usual quality of their football.

My guess noone really genuinely hates the way play. I don't think when one calls them a tad boring it means they're on the same level as Blackburn or Stoke in terms of entertainment. It's more relative to the top sides or in some cases relative to the hype surrounding their football.
But yes for those who find their football genuinely boring then they shouldn't tune in IMO.
These days I just don't watch them unless it's a CL game or a classico because after the world cup and the way Spain pretty much ruined it for me, I just can't bother watching a football match where one team has 75 percent of the ball every game and the competition is the way it is in La Liga. It's just too predictable and I watch football for entertainment.

I watch most football, as you should know by now. Barca are fun to watch when they're chasing a goal and there's often a bit of money to be made on them.
