Birmingham v Manchester United

Please God, not another away draw........

I'd take it if it was offered right now. Unless things change drastically in the second half I just can't see our forward players imposing themselves on the game.

why is rooney playing between the midfield and defense ??

We will win this 2-0
Gibson will get the 3:D

I just really don't rate Gibson. Was expecting three up front with him, Anderson and Carrick in midfield but this is going no where.
Anderson, Giggs and Gibson are just somewhere in midfield.

I know he screwed up the final third but that was good play by Rafael. Someone willing to run with the ball, finally.

What the feck are you on about? It's not even half time yet, why the hell would you take a draw right now?

I wouldn't, draw is a crap result and we've had too many of them. I'd rather have a go at them rather than stay quiet and collect yet another draw, it's a risk but it would pay off more often than not.

Nick, let me introduce you to the caf...

They're always good at St. Andrews. Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham have all gone there and only one of them even managed a goal.

Yep. 6 goals conceded. I was hoping for a solid 1-0 win. Don't expect anything more.

It's probably been the worst half of football I've seen from us for a while.

We need to get a player on who can play on the wing, don't give a damn if it's someone from the U17s, we need some width. Gibson does nothing today apart from limiting our tactical options, since he's not even doing the one thing he knows.

im sure the idea was for evra and rafeal to be the width, but our central midfield isnt controlling play well enough at all

We've been poor so far.

Most teams are against Birmingham, and I don't really think this is entirely down to our poor away form this season. IIRC it was a fairly similar game last season at St. Andrews for us.

We were very good in the first 20-odd minutes, Rooney's wastefulness aside. It's not been a good half but I think poor's a bit of an exaggeration arrick in particular was excellent and Berbatov was looking lively, and Giggs has been a threat. Some nice interchanging between the front three in that first period too.

We're crying out for some width ATM. We're all over the place ATM. Basically a bunch of central midfielders and a striker out wide.

Last fifteen were awful and I don't think we were good at any point to be honest. Still plenty of time to turn things around.

So unless you live in a parallel universe where football matches last 40 minutes it's not another away draw yet is it you muppet

At the moment it is, thats why I was asking for the end result not to be.
Is that so fecking strange?

We need to go 442 second half if we want to win this. Gibson off, Obertan on.
