Bundesliga 13/14

Now, that looked like Dortmund. Strong debut by Auba.

Fantastic ball from Lewandowski. Such a Dortmund goal.

WOW. Amazing pass from Lewandwoski and cool finish from Aubameyang. What a debut.

Aubameyang's debut for Dortmund is turning into quite something. Only the club's third player ever to score a brace on his Bundesliga debut.

No, the stat he was refering to was players who scored a brace in their debut game.

Great price. He looks fecking rapid btw.

The fee increases with their/his success though iirc.

Peno now, who's this Hofmann lad?

He came pretty much otu of nowhere towards the end of the season. Very little hype around him but he has a high work rate and shows some intelligence on the pitch. It'll be very hard for him to become a first team starter, but he looks like a good squad player at least.

Probably the most talented youngster of them in this season. Transfered from Hoffenheim to the 2nd Dortmund team in 2012 and was pulled up to the first team this summer. IMO the most impressive player of the pre season.

Yes, up to max. 15 Mil €. Still totally worth that price.

Aubameyang is really impressive, he already had a lot of chance in the cup games but his finishing let him down. Today he had the coolness to finish them.

His finishing despite being decent is an area where the room of improvement for him is huge. At think being surrounded by much better players in Dortmund will see this aspect of his game become better.

Yeah, that was quite obvious in the cup game. Still he his understanding of the game seems quite good, he knows how to get himself into good positions and that's the most important thing.

Oh, how many players have scored a hattrick on their debuts then?

None. He is the first Dortmund player to accomplish that.

He will become an extremely dangerous weapon of them especially in the CL and the big games in the league, where they still can use their transitional football.

His movement is great, that plus his pace ... I wonder what his stats will be on FIFA 14

Bayer Leverkusen - SC Freiburg 3-1
Hannover 96 - VfL Wolfsburg 2-0
1899 Hoffenheim - 1. FC Nürnberg 2-2
FC Augsburg - Borussia Dortmund 0-4
Hertha BSC - Eintracht Frankfurt 6-1

Frankfurt might already be in trouble. The EL games will hurt their squad a lot and today's performance was truely shocking. Hoffenheim looked good the few times I switched to their game, were unlucky with a regular goal that didn't count. Wolfsburg had 2 players sent off, so not much they could do. Probably a very important win for Hannover, both teams will fight for the last EL spot, imo.

How will Dortmund lineup when Mkhitaryan comes back to full fitness?

I'm guessing Sahin goes to bench and Gundogan goes deep.

Against stronger teams, yes. Against smaller defensive sides, a pairing of the two is also possible. Gündogan is still first choice for the CM position, though.

Gundogan Bender
Aubameyang Mkhitaryan Reus
Lewandowski

Extremely strong.

Cheers lads.

That front four looks extremely ridiculous. Just imagine the speed with Auba and Reus as wide players

And playing with Lewandowski who isn't a horrible player when it comes to passing the ball. Well done Klopp for maintaining a system of play that is beautiful to watch and effective

Bremen scored. 1-0 up against Braunschweig, though Braunschweig looks like the better team in the second half. Bremen haven't won a competitive game since the first week in February. Starting with a win would be really important for the fight against relegation.

I don't know what Klopp has done with Sahin but whatever it is, it works wonders. He's playing like he did before he left Dortmund.

Do want.
