The feck are Arsenal thinking?
Indeed. I would agree if we had a replacement ready for him, but i am not sure of it.The feck are Arsenal thinking?
The feck are Arsenal thinking?
Yeah, it should be like this. Still a silly move though. The only logic is that they can't get any money from him from abroad so they're opting to sell to a rival because they need the cash.

They've only spent 50m.
Surely they don't need cash?
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/arsenal-more-cash-bank-barcelona-8968436Probably want to balance the books, Arsenal have been careful with money since moving to the Emirates.
Probably because he doesn't want to renew at this point? Then I don't understand this transfer if it isn't for financial reasons.
Well, they are gonna be without Cahill, Fabregas, Pedro, Costa and Hazard.Don't expect them to get anything at Wembley.
Well, they are gonna be without Cahill, Fabregas, Pedro, Costa and Hazard.
For all the hype about Kante last season it's still Hazard that carries them and is their best player by far. They'll be a different team when he's back.
We have a massive squad, need to let few players go before we can even think of bringing anyone in.Then I don't understand this transfer if it isn't for financial reasons.
Ox is hardly a solution to Chelsea's problems.
Maybe they should just try to offer Costa hell lot of money and soothe his ego and get him to help them till January.
And that's why you would need to outscore the opposition many a time.I think we will score goals so I don't see that being the problem, its midfielders and wing backs we lack.

They can buy anyone, they just can't register them until January.
Ferguson cut ties with his top players numerous times. Why do people see this as an issue with Conte?Dropping and attacking one of the worlds best strikers is absolutely bonkers. Deserves to lose his job for that alone![]()
The Costa situation is complete farce.
The club is in turmoil at the moment.
He's acting like an idiot and the club are just dealing with it. Not sure how this counts as turmoil to be honest. The only reason people are getting all melodramatic is because we lost an unexpected game.
When Ferguson cut ties with top players, he usually had a backup plan without the star player.Ferguson cut ties with his top players numerous times. Why do people see this as an issue with Conte?
Listening to his interview, along with Azpilcueta, it seems there are issues within the dressing room.
The Costa situation doesn't look like being resolved and he seems a popular character in the dressing room. Terrible situation to be in in my opinion.
After reading the posts I though Sanchez is going to Chelsea and I was really scared. Then I browsed back to find it is the Ox![]()

Do not compare Conte to SAF. SAF had replacements ready to go, whenever he would cut ties with a player.Ferguson cut ties with his top players numerous times. Why do people see this as an issue with Conte?
Yep, Conte behaved like a prat here. Should have involved the club. The Costa situation is complete farce.

Have to agree with this. Losing a game 3-2 after being down to 10 and then 9 men is no reason to panic. The injuries and suspension aren't ideal and I suspect you'll lose to Spurs. That said, you really need to sign some players in the next 2 weeks. Your depth is shocking.
What's the reported fee for Ox? And more importantly, where will he fit in for Chelsea? This signing reeks of "squad depth" to me.
Signing players who aren't really that good for squad depth doesn't usually work out very well, feel like we've done it numerous times. They'd be better off signing a genuinely quality player rather than someone who will probably underwhelm most of the timeIsn't it squad depth that people are complaining about?
