Chelsea vs. Manchester United

Not a single Englishman in the Chelsea team. 6 in ours.

I'm sure Rentboys' fans give a toss. If we win it's good debating point otherwise it'll be about the 'attacking talents' of Hazard,Oscar etc with Clive Tyldelsey spunking everywhere anytime they're on the ball

It seems Rooney's not even on the bench. Did he pick up a late training injury or is there another issue that we're unaware of? Apart from Rooney's exclusion, the rest of the team looks okay. I hope Nani has a good game coming back from injury. I expect Welbeck to play a vital role in attack which may very well be the deciding factor in this important match.

There is no other issue, he is not playing because of injury be it sustained playing for England or in training.

Rooney groin strain.

This name uses Spanish naming customs; the first or paternal family name is Rooney and the second or maternal family name is Groin Strain.

Slightly concerning only having vermijl as a defender on the bench, didnt think all the other defenders were injured, suppose jones and smalling can cover in the centre or right back but still seems a bit light '.

Surprise lineup, but that bench is quality. If something goes wrong, we have plenty of options.

I'm fairly satisfied with that, but it's depends massively on Nani and Valencia turning up. If they turn up Hernandez will score.

Rooney out with a Groin Injury apparently. Evans and Rafael out too.

Getting worried with that lineup.

Nonsense, we are 15 points ahead with 9 games left. We'd have to have the worst run ever in PL to lose it from now, not to mention City would have to go on the best run since takeover to capitalise on that. League is over though some wi say it's tight when we are 15 points ahead with 6 games left.

Rooney injured makes sense.
Fergie doesn't agree with you.

Bit shit we're missing our best two attacking players. Chelsea at full strength.

Gosh.

Full Chelsea lineup.

Don't know why anyone's surprised. FSW hates Utd and Fergie especially, he basically gave up against Southampton to field a full strength side in the Cup.

Absolute disgrace and disrespect to the fans who travelled to Southampton

Fergie doesn't agree with you.

Yeah, because you know exactly what Fergie thinks.

Come, remind me once again that I apparently said the same last year and that it could still be lost.

It's extremely daft to think that we could lose 5 or 6 of remaining 8 games. We've never gone on a run like that. Not to mention City will also drop points along the way.

No defenders on the bench.

Team: Cech, Azpilicueta, Ivanovic, David Luiz, Cole; Mikel, Ramires, Hazard, Mata, Oscar, Ba

Subs: Turnbull, Terry, Bertrand, Lampard, Benayoun, Moses, Torres

Well they are going full strength. Ivanovic and Luiz give me confidence in their defence though.

Looks a strong side to me.

Welbeck and Hernandez is still a good forward pairing. Would have preferred RVP starting but there you go. Fergie reckoned Hernandez was knackered from the travel so could not make Saturday.

You did say it was done last year, and you also said Villa would finish ahead of Arsenal as you couldn't see Arsenal catch them being 9 points behind. You love this "it's done" talk and you have more often than not been wrong.

Ehm, if Fergie thought the league was done, would he have played a strong side against Sunderland and rest RvP and Vidic for this one? No chance.

Jones at CB or Smalling ?

Don't like Jones at RB much. Against Hazard too. :nervous:
