Personally I'm really reluctant to judge someone's character based on what he shows on the pitch because I think the nature and environment of top level professional football is a shithole for the most part and encourages bad characteristics. People in general tend to be products of their environment.

Amazing how he's on the by-line setting up Vazquez, then refuses to let the situation fizzle out, runs into the box, soon as the cross is hit Ronaldo runs and adjusts back 5 yards and leaps for the overhead.
Sometimes you see crosses hit a defender and loop up or don't take much adjustment for overheads. What Ronaldo did was incredible, the determination to just make that happen.
