Time to bring on some attacking quality I reckon. Let's switch our attacking players and formation to something like this...

Ronaldo---Keane -- Scholes---Giggs
----------Ruud-----Rooney--------
 
I think we should have started a stronger team. This game was never going to be easy. The team and management have worked bloody hard to make sure we're still in the title race, and risk blowing it for the sake of a european game which it is likely we will get knocked out.

Still 45 minutes to go, by the sounds of it we need a few subs on. We simply have to win this game.

We rarely score early goals, time for a good 2nd half performance...
 
I don't think its a weak side, but it's no our best attacking line up. I said earlier that we were going to struggle creatively. Luckily we have a bench packed with creative talent. ;)

HT: Lets hope those words said by SAF this week don't come back to haunt us.We need to concentrate on our own game and not worry about the rentboys.

Let's not order the post mortem yet. I can't see us coming out with the same mentality with the game just asking to be won. Would I be right in thinking that Palace offered nothing?
 
this season, we scored most of our goals in the 2nd half, so nothing to worry about yet
 
Scholes + Ronney/Ronaldo must come on and Fortune + Giggs to go off.
We need some passing in the middle of the park.
