tears i flowing down my cheeks :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Spanish gossip shows (I'm trying to listen to the TV and the radio at the same time) say that there are two sets of paperwork. One lot goes off to FIFA who act as registrars in all international transfers. The other goes to a La Liga and is the actual registration document - it gets sent in by Madrid but includes a signed document from United. It's the Liga documentation that went wrong.

The clubs will ask for a ruling about who now owns DdG's registration tomorrow.

I'm not bothered if he stays or goes at this point...we all know it's 10/11 months at best or nothing. But it should be rejected.

A deadline is a deadline. They didn't need to wait 12 weeks to meet our valuation. They're not working on limited resource. Everyone talks about United embarrassing themselves however Madrid have monumentally fecked up here. If it goes through its a joke and pisses all over the rules of the window.

Can someone summarise what happened?

1. We were meant to get Keylor Navas + £30m and DdG going the other way.

2. It fell through because there was a fax issue/paper jam??

And @Olly
£18m plus Navas (valued at 11m)

There's gotta be a Gif of the Simpsons press any key with Perez photoshopped in going about.
I wish I had Ollys talent :(

@Olly for fecks sake ive only just realised the seller info name "gotawoody":lol::lol::lol::lol: i have now started crying all over again

"The main thing is that we're still going to end up with your best player again. See you guys when its time to grab Memphis in a few years:D."

Got this from that Madrid forum. We've got RAWK goes into meltdown. Can we have 'Dickish things Madrid fans say'?

God some of those Madrid fans are precious, nothing is there fault, it's always the other clubs who are bad Guys, and when they can't win an argument they resort to smirks like "we will get Memphis in some years hahaha".

I don't hold any grudges against big Dave at all for wanting the move and never have. But feel sorry for him?! Catch a grip of yourselves! :D

It's just hilarious, nothing else.

He does however need to consider if Madrid really do want him that badly when they wait this late to even make a proper bid. I mean he may be desperate to go back to Madrid but I like to believe the man has some sort of pride in himself.

So just to summarise...DDG is staying for another season...correct?
Because we didn't get the deal done in time?
If so, this is excellent news.
