The Madrid fans aint happy with us! The spanish forums are fun reading!
It seems that way.So just to summarise...DDG is staying for another season...correct?
Because we didn't get the deal done in time?
If so, this is excellent news.
Still up in the air actually, seems like it could still happen tomorrow. So just to summarise...DDG is staying for another season...correct?

That would be fecking hilarious. If that happens we'll have the upper hand in January. It's hard to imagine that DDG will miss year and a half at least of pro football.
They could and if we still wanted Navas, both would be banned from Europe (assuming they play in the CL) should they leave.Madrid could try and buy him in January, but I think there's a looming transfer ban for next summer so we'd hold all the cards.
"The main thing is that we're still going to end up with your best player again. See you guys when its time to grab Memphis in a few years."
Got this from that Madrid forum. We've got RAWK goes into meltdown. Can we have 'Dickish things Madrid fans say'?
Big talk when they can't even sign a Untied player we actually signed over to them.God some of those Madrid fans are precious, nothing is there fault, it's always the other clubs who are bad Guys, and when they can't win an argument they resort to smirks like "we will get Memphis in some years hahaha".
We have got some revenge this summerBig talk when they can't even sign a Untied player we actually signed over to them.
From the biggest slam dunk you can think of in signing David and they have ended up being strong armed into spending 10m a year on Ramos and
Pissing off their former, present and future goal keepers.
Playing second fiddle to Barca has really fried their heads
Trolling in the highest order, especially with that name@Olly I posted it on the RM thread
http://forums.bigsoccer.com/threads...r-transfer-rumors-lies-thread.2023547/page-56
Can someone summarise what happened?
1. We were meant to get Keylor Navas + £30m and DdG going the other way.
2. It fell through because there was a fax issue/paper jam??
And @Olly![]()
Rafa Benitez press conf.
Sits down, takes a piece of wrinkled paper
"I want to talk about FAX"
Only if we play himCup tied in Europe though....
Everything was in place for Navas +£29m but it may have fallen through because the documents weren't passed onto the LFP before the deadline. United did their bit in clearing the transfer with FIFA in time before the window closed, but Madrid sent the document almost half an hour late for whatever reason. Now they're trying to explain the delay was down to a technical error and the transfer should still go through. Seems unlikely.
Last summer when I said he would leave this summerWhen will it sink in that we've lost arguably the best goalkeeper in the world?

Not sure if posted already, but this was found on Reddit...
Only if we play him
I imagine that Madrid have greased enough palms at FIFA over the years to ensure this happens.

They are saying the documents were password protected, so they could not open them. Unless they had to do something with those documents they should have just sent them on.
It's getting nasty over in that Madrid forum![]()
Its LFP that make the call and apparently they dont bend the rules.
I think that's just another joke to add fuel to the fire. The people involved in these things are not that incompetent - they'll all have done this before.
Good. I hope you're right
