Remember in his first six months or more Ivanovic couldn't get near their team. What was going on there? I thought they'd done a Tosic.
 
Liverpool remind me of us in 04/05. Good at dominating games. Shit at opening teams up.

Nah, he was a lardo when they signed him..off season, just wasn't in football shape, barely even made an appearance for the reserves.

He took a while to settle, much like another Serbian who turned out to be a key defender for a top English side.

Yeesh, I forget what manager he came in under, but it must have been Bosingwa keeping him out. He certainly seemed to need an adjustment period, but I remember feeling his extremely vigorous pressing was very troublesome, Evra rarely has any luck overlapping against him.

I've always hated Bosingwa's game, I'm amazed people fell for him for so long. He ruined Portugal, imo.
 
All the teams in the bottom looks like losing. Bolton, Blackburn, Wigan.

Wolves can be back with a win against Stoke.

Miguel was amazing when he was in Portugal's squad, terrific player.

He looked great for Portugal when I saw him, and they were extremely hard to break down, rarely conceded. You'd think they have enough on the attacking end that they don't need such an attacking RB as Bosingwa.

Though if Bosingwa helped create even half as many goals as he is at fault for it might be close to being worth it.
 
I like Everton, but hope Norwich can get something from this game as they play man city on saturday. Need to have their confidence up.
