It's pretty embarrassing that Liverpool can get away by being this awful tbh. But I guess going after the two domestic cups is worth more and is less hassle on getting a top 4 place than any Europa League.

He was fouled outside but stayed on his feet, then got fouled inside and got booked.
It was in the area - though it would have been an extremely harsh and soft penalty. There was contact, the player didn't dive - but still not enough to be a penalty.
Would not have been fair to pool given they had a penalty shout for handball turned down, and rightly so.
