are we getting him?
No.
are we getting him?
Hazard 7 Believe.
(Probably best not to actually believe in this.)
We have a number 7 available now, anyone know what Hazard's favourite number is?
Number 10...
We've apparently got £25 million in the bank, how can we be going after the likes of Hazard?

Can you lot stop focusing on the £25.6M, it's a seasonal low. When the season ticket and other revenues start rolling in, it will be a lot higher. The figure will not be a hurdle in our way if we want to strengthen.
That isn't a debit card account!
If that figure was £0, where would we get money from to buy players etc? I'm not sure how this all works tbh.

"I think [Eden] Hazard will come to City," Nasri told the Mirror. "There is already one Belgian in the squad in Vincent [Kompany].
"He's a young, talented player and at Manchester United there are a lot of people on the wings. I was in the same position last year and I chose City, and I don't regret my choice."
Nasri has revealed that Patrick Vieira helped persuade him to come to City and that Roberto Mancini called him every day in order to win him over. The Frenchman was attracted by the opportunity to be part of history by helping City to win their first Premier League title.
"I thought for a few months before making my decision, with my parents and my advisors," Nasri explained.
"Patrick [Vieira]'s argument was that United are used to winning everything. Last season they won the league title and got to the Champions League final and if you sign this season and you play less well, it won't have been a success for you.
"Whereas City is a club that's building, which has recruited smartly with the likes of Sergio Aguero, and if you win the title you'll be part of history.
"I weighed up the pros and cons, Roberto Mancini was calling me every day and I decided to go there."

Not a slant on King Minger, but this looks like a load of piss to me, pure speculation on Nasri's behalf, if he ever said it in the first place.
Why would having a fellow Belgian in the team have any bearing on where he plays? There will not be a language barrier, Belgian's tend to very lingual, including French and English.
Nasri is a fanny.
Money is the attraction of City, end of.
Well, they are the reigning Premier League champions with quite a few quality players and they will be seen as contenders for the Champions League next season. It's not 2009 anymore when, indeed, money was the only thing going for them.
What I don't get is that Nasri was supposed to prefer playing centrally; yet he did not come to United because of the wingers? Weird. I'm willing to believe the other part though, that he was afraid of the pressure of playing for United. Because he is indeed a fanny.
City have recruited 'smartly'
Tevez, Lescott and Johnson were extremely shrewd moves.
On the other hand Aguero, Toure and Kompany.. what a pile of wank they turned out to be.
