I thought i saw more than one chance. That header from Ronaldo as well and Bernardo Silva chance. Tbf i´m not even following the match closely, doing some live betting on other games. Albania has looked poor, at least in comparison with first game Albania. Anyways with the Denmark draw against Armenia, i think both teams will settle for a draw.

Germany have been very good. The one touch passing has been superb. They've barely had to pass back to the keeper even though Scotland have worked hard off the ball.
LvG wants us to play like that, I have no doubt about it, but Germany compared to us play so much closer together than we do and their movement is a million miles from ours.

This Ireland game is miserable. Scotland drawing too makes it even worse.

I haven't enjoyed watching France in a long time, it's just 2-1 but the football played has been great. Totally dominating Serbia with lots of possession and incisive attacking with Griezmann and Valbuena. Only criticism is Giroud who has been awful, missed chances after chances.

I uess you can count the header too but not as clear cut as the keeper had it covered and he never manged to actually head it because of the pressure from the defender.
Still though you'd expect Portugal to be miles better as we had a very difficuilt match against Denmark and the players fitness cannot be matched with that of superstars like Ronaldo, etc who play their football at the elite end.
He is described in French as a street player but not in the sense of being a true freestyler. More like a player who's got great dribbling skills and will not necessarily give 100% in every match because he knows he is that good.

Of course i count that because if Ronaldo headed the ball properly i doubt the goalkeeper would have a chance. It´s a typical Ronaldo header chance. That Bernardo Silva shot was also a good chance. I just expected better because Albania played well in the first game and we have an awful midfield. But like the portuguese commentator is saying perhaps both teams will be pleased with a draw.
I think he needs a manager giving him a more definite role. He sort of plays like an attacking midfielder or forward but in midfield if that's makes sense, from the limited amount I've seen. His involvement is like a forward, but his position is midfield.
