Europa League 2015/2016

Klopp is a good manager and will improve them with time and better signings, It might not be an all conquering side that some Pool fans expect though. To do that, Liverpool will have to spend , and spend quite a lot. I think the Martial to United deal will affect English clubs quite significantly, with European teams demanding much more, even just for potential.

Its laughable how Liverpool seem to think they appoint Klopp and suddenly theyll do brilliantly.

First off their team is average, and secondly Klopp is vastly overrated. (but he loves heavy metal so Ill let him off)

For the football hipster the manager is always more important than the players, tactics trump talent. Certainly will be interesting to see how far Klopp can take this group this season.

Saw that Bailly scored, looking a very good player for them. Villarreal look a better side this year which is a bit surprising given that their two best players from last season aren't at the club.

Bailly has really stepped up with the injuries, although he did get a very stupid red card last weekend. They have a nice balance between established players and young talent pushing through.

Time for us and Spurs to try and keep the ball rolling. 3 wins so far in Europe this week for the English teams, so let's try and make it 5.

All boots from Braga squad have been stolen from the Velodróme this night. It's possible the game won't happen.

How do you reckon you'll fare tonight? Russia's never a fun place to go.

Høiland has his first victim only four minutes in. Is Simunovic good/important? Blackett or Ambrose to replace him? Blackett is. Interesting.

Liverpool starting to look much better. They finally seem to understand how to press and furthermore overlap and shoot for gaps on the wings. Also Origi was holding them back big time. He should be winger/striker #5 or #6, when everybody is healthy. Klopp gave him a few opportunities and now he´s dropped below Ibe on the pecking order.

The pathetic fecker Høiland doing a Rooney.

Moi what a goal

Dortmund 1-0, Reus. It's been coming, Dortmund put the pressure on in the last few minutes.

Michael Owen embarassing himself here. Every forward pass is "really excellent by Liverpool" even if they go horribly askew or out of play.

They're hammering it forward and that's what matters.

"Been a stroll for Liverpool. Just toying with Kazan" Not had a shot on target...

I was confident going in, and I'm still confident now. A draw would probably do for us, but it looks like we've got a chance to win.

Watching the Ajax - Fener game. The service to van Persie is absolutely shocking, he's been reduced to flicking on long balls to empty spaces. Not surprised he looks frustrated.

So basically the same as last season?
