Evra accuses Suarez of racist remarks | Suarez guilty of racial abuse

Fergies interview will cause a big storm. I am very pleased he said what he did.

But you worry again now about next seasons Utd v pool games

Dalglish: One day a real rain's gonna come..

So now he's transitioned from pantomime villain to 60s comic book villain. What a shit fecking line

fecking muppet.

I've heard he always shakes hands with his grandpa, so it's absolutely laughable to suggest that Suarez doesn't shake hands.

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson on Luis Suarez's decision not to shake Patrice Evra's hand before kick-off, and Evra's celebrations at full-time following United's win:

"I couldn't believe Suarez refused Evra's handshake. Suarez is a disgrace to Liverpool football club. He should not be allowed to play for Liverpool again, the history of that club. He could have caused a riot. Racism is an important issue and football has come a long way since the days of bananas being thrown at John Barnes. Evra shouldn't have jumped in front of Suarez in celebration at the end. He shouldn't have done that."

Why should we worry? We're the ones in the right here. I'm already looking forward to it as it happens. Desperate to beat Suarez and the Scouse again.

The scouser conspiracy theories are hilarious. Apparently now this has been a ploy by Fergie and Evra since the beginning to get Suarez out of Liverpool.

The club have handled this great all along. Really proud of that.

I think Evras celebrating whilst probably not the smartest idea it was totally understandable. He was racially abused, has been given criticism for it by fans, then is willing to be the bigger man by shaking his hand but gets refused. I would be fecking fuming if I were him and he's done himself a credit to only have resorted to celebrating instead of whacking the racist thug.

I love Evra.

Fergie is spot on too, some things are more important than keeping your best player. Liverpool have allowed their reputation to be dragged through the ground.

Not the smartest? After what happened it was only natural that he felt vindicated. His celebration is in fact a proof that he was honest during his ordeal.

Suarez looked like he had something written under his shirt at times, just waiting for a winner/equaliser.

Dont agree with you on Evra. He did absolutly nothing wrong at all, and what is done by countless players up and down the country after they have won a big game, HE WENT TO HIS HOME FANS AT HIS STADIUM AS CLUB CAPTAIN and merely celebrated the win and thanked them for his support. if the club captain cant do that, who can?

Other than that, Im very proud how our club has handled the entire issue including SAF finally speaking out about it. His comments have been made they are being tweeted into every corner of the world as we speak and will have ramifications on many levels.

Im sure the Racist from Liverpool told KKK that he would shake hands before the game as that was what the clubs had agreed to before the game. Evra was probably given 'whip' like orders form SAF to bury the hatchet and put and end to it, hence him offering his hand.

Suarez then either has a brain fart or lied to his management as he never intended to shake Evra's hand at all. I think its the latter at Gerrard was clearly very pissed off with him just before the game stated and gave him a talking too.

So instead of bringing closure to the matter, he gives it even more wings and plenty of air for the saga to carry on and on and on .... and now one of the most influential, revered and respected men in world football, Sir Alex Ferguson finally puts a hatchet in his back. That will sail very quickly all the way to Fenway Sports.

I'm sure Liverpool will section him over this. After all the blind support they gave him, yet again, he acts like a prick and keeps them under the microscope on this most delicate and decisive of issues.

Abit like our issues with the now gone Ravel Morrisson, but any sane person connected with Liverpool has to ask is this man worth the baggage? he is very quickly becoming the most genuinely hated man in the EPL .... and across the board at all clubs including some of his own fans.

If I were Liverpool, I'd get rid.

I don't want to sound like I'm defending Suarez because I'm not, but Evra knew what he was doing when celebrating. It was a totally understandable reaction and I think he deserves credit for only trying and wind him up instead of knocking him the feck out. If I were him I probably wouldn't of been able to keep professional like Evra did.

The only thing I meant by 'not the smartest' was that it could've caused more trouble.

I totally agree with the rest of your post but I think Dalglish and the rest of Liverpool have dug themselves to deep a hole to suddenly refuse to play him. They showed their colours as soon as they found out he had been accused and in hindsight I think they regret handling it the way they did. They'll never admit that though.

 Look at Dowd's face.

"Oh feck, it's going to be one of those days..."

I'm still pissed off, scary how many steps backward we've taken in regards to racism in Football in the last 6 months.

Dalglish has refused to do a Press Conf. at Old Trafford.

Can Liverpool make any more wrong decisions??

The not smart thing would have been not to celebrate.

Disgraceful from Suarez...
