F1 2022 Season

Charles has a set of new softs, reckon they might go for three stops with him and leave Sainz on the two stop strategy.

softs will last about half a lap in this heat

Could we see DNF's through overheating here, or does the air temperature mostly impact the tires?

They just put the football on the channel I was watching! Sat there thinking it was fecking long advert. Thankfully noticed just in time.

Would be nice to see Carlos do well. Hopefully a good battle between Max and Charles. Or let’s just have George torpedo into the front three just for the drama.

Hamilton on Mediums will probably drop him back a few places on Lap 1, 4D chess overthinking from Mercedes again.

Damn I've missed the start as I'm still on the way home. Sounds like I've missed all the action

yeah. basically kmag did to hamilton what verstappen did to hamilton at silverstone last year. it was crazy.

Obviously all the other F1 experts are idiots, who released videos explaining the updates in miami. The front wing updates specifically were to do with the end plates and moving the outwash away from the front tyres where it can linger and cause issues further down the car as the air is channelled into the sidepods.

The rear wing and beam wing upgrades were to help with porposing and fix airflow issue to the rear of the car.

The engine upgrade is a engine upgrade and nothing to do with porposing obviously.

But you know better than everyone. Dont really have time for fanboys, rather discuss stuff with people who can present a balanced argument based on facts. You continue your anti Mercedes agenda with other people, I'll just ignore you.

The F1 experts say the same things I said. Front wing updates are performance, not porpoise. Rear wing is both performance and porpoise. Fixing airflow to anywhere other than the floor is more performance than porpoise related. It's not difficult to understand.

Who's a fanboy? And what part of the reality check I'm trying to give you was anti-Mercedes? I'm giving them credit for not being stupid enough to admit their engine isn't fast enough.

It maybe just seems that way to you because the nuances of upgrades and how teams communicate them are clearly well beyond your comprehension.

Sainz keeps proving that he is far from great driver, at least this season. His form/quality is nowhere near good enough.
