Alli had burnt me so many times... You have to time it just right to get points from him. Eriksen is far more consistent
I think they should get similar productivity over the course of season but Alli is 0.5 cheaper and more capable of going on an insane run of scoring so I went with him
I have done so many changes today but I think I am getting my team picture clarified now.
Mendy, Alexander-Arnold, Davies and Robertson is my defence and I am not touching it. Wan-Bissaka is the bench option.
Alli and Salah are my permanent fixtures in midfield, for now complimented by Bernardo Silva and Richarlison who seem to be in good form. Silva could go back to the bench though. My bench option here is Kenedy.
Up front I have gone with Aubameyang and Tosun with Joselu on the bench.
I have a problem with goalie as I only have £5 left after I put random one for £4 on bench. I went with Schmeichel for now but he won’t get more than 8-10 clean sheets. Tempted to upgrade but I have no idea who I would sacrifice from the rest of the team for additional 1.0. I could downgrade Kenedy and Joselu on bench but I would be getting somebody completely useless in return. I’m not willing to downgrade anyone else honestly (would do Firmino for Auba but can’t have more than three Liverpool players).

Go with McCarthy and Fabianski, they have good overlapping and they will provide you a lot of points combined. Definitely more so than a £5.0 + £4.0. I even think they can beat De Gea on aggregate if you sub them right.
Also, I would go with Tarkowski instead of TAA. He's a sure starter and you already have Robertson for the Liverpool defence. Burnley defenders are good for points.
Seen 2 changes I think I want to make. Mendy for laporte, mane for schurle. For his to happen though I'd have to drop firmino to zaha but my attack would consist of zaha and tosun with kamara the bench option. Thoughts?

I have swapped Schmeichel, Joselu and Kenedy for De Gea, Masuaku and Kamara.
I prefer Alexander-Arnold as he will get assists and goals throughout the season. Tarkowski will only get clean sheets.
I might swap Masuaku for McCarthy when he’s healthy.
Could easily have scored a hat trick at the weekend.
Can't wait till Kane or Aguero bags the first hat trick of the season and see what people do then

I've been offered any defender for Luke Shaw in draft. My mate has:

I'd snap call on Trippier who should play most games over Aurier. Shaw will be in and out of the side, mostly out I reckon. That is before you consider his injury record.
Hmmm. There's a chance I might be able to nick Ashley Young as he's been drafted out so I could also get him and I'm sure Mourinho will go Valencia, 2 CBs n Young once they are all fit.
Yeah I think he only briefly left one of my initial drafts. Quickly realised it wasn't worth the hassle going without him. Almost an automatic red arrow every time he scores. I've got 3xPool, 3xCity, 2xUnited and 1xSpurs so still possible to make a decent team with 13m Salah in it.

Guess I won't be getting Richarlison in this week then. No mind, I'll make a more informed decision next week with a double free transfer. It's my strikers that worry me at the moment.
I want another look at James Maddison before then anyway. I think he's gonna be a good scorer for Leicester.

This could be a decent shout. Looked impressive against us, glad he came off when Vardy was introduced.

Firminho is a safe a bet as any but with Mane, Salah, Robertson, Allison in the team, think your better off getting Liverpool players from elsewhere
Lukaku will get some points but with the way our attack is, there's better value in other teams
Morata and Giroud are not worth the money
Kane is too expensive currently and a notorious slow starter
Lacazette looks like he'll be in and out of the team but Aubamayang might be the one everyone needs in their team eventually

What are thoughts on Cairney vs Kante? I went with Cairney originally, but Kante seems to be playing a little further forward than last year.
I have 1m in the bank so could perhaps even try to get Pedro instead of Cairney if I downgrade 0.5m elsewhere.
Is Pedro going to be 1.5m better than Kante?

I think Kante could be a good shout if playing a little further forward. I've just got shot of Gray of Watford, for Jiminez to free up some spare cash. I can't believe Lacazette and Sane didn't start for me - absolutely killed. I have some issues with my cheap defenders as well, but will stick with Azpi, Schlupp and Pereira (who looks nice and attacking) for the majority of the up coming games to save some transfers.
Price changes mean I can't afford Mendy now, so at least I don't need to think about taking a hit for him. Shaw scoring again and Mendy blanking at the weekend would probably mean I can do the switch before Young gets rotated in. So fingers crossed.
Annoyed that I can't get Mendy now, but team value of 100.4 is a good start.
Glad I dropped Cedric for Wan-Bisakka gave me 0.5m in the bank so I can handle a few more price hikes!
Weird that Hazard seems to be overlooked in most teams. I get that most teams can’t afford Hazard if they have Salah, but Mane will surely get a bucketload of points (instead of Salah), and would free up some money for Hazard.

I've my eye on Hazard. I currently have Sanchez, but when Hazard starts games I'll possibly do the switch as they are the same price.

I too have the Aguero conundrum. Think he might get dropped because he didn't square the ball to KDB against Arsenal. Gonna play the safe bet and stick it on Salah again.
If Shaw claims his spot he'll be a massive bargain though. I've decided not to buy yet as he'll still be a bargain at 5.2 or whatever, but if I had him I wouldn't be selling unles Young makes it clear he is obviously still first choice.
Damn that would be harsh. I'll keep a close eye on twitter and the press conferences this week then. City are gonna score loads in this run of games coming up so I need the right players in.
I'm taking the gamble and going Aguero. It's Huddersfield at home. It's too good not to.
