Compare Keano of today vs. 99 v Juve. Today in pure frustration and despair he stupidly, selfishly, pettyfully sends us out of the CL. Great Captaining. :mad:
 
Keano off... that's us out of Europe then (if it wasn't sure enough to begin with).

I've said it before, I'll say it again: Porto are the biggest bunch of diving, cheating cnuts I have ever seen. I only have the radio right now, but it sounds like nothing has changed. Baia is one of the worst of them too... not surprised by this.

Porto are a bunch of whingers and divers granted, but they're giving us the run-around tonight.

I agree that porto dives around but dont count us out of europe now is the time for the once transfer listed Nicky Butt to show his true worth. He can step it up and play keanos role

i'd rather have kleberson than butt. but then i'd also rather have had the 4-5-1 away in europe.
 
final whistle and the storyline is like our league hopes its doesnt look good but united have a shot
 
2-1 is not the end of the world, it's not a bad result considering the makeshift defence.

The Keane issue is obviously major but if the roles were reversed and we had just won 2-1 at OT in the 1st leg would you be totally confident of going through?

A 2-1 defeat away from home is not the end of the world.

We can still do this.

and w/ one healthy striker no way fergie could go without another striker.

LOL - we aint out of anything yet. you're spot on a home match w/ an away goal no worries - well some but it aint finished yet
 
Sukhit will provide us with video material to judge. I can imagine the words that Keano will use in his book on this event. I think he has been frustrated over the top with recent performance.

I don't blame Keano. We will still prevail.
 
Ah well, still another half of this tie to play - without Keano.

Here's hoping we can turn it around at OT in a fortnight's time.

With the way we're playing? And how we've performed without Keano recently? I reckon he knows we're out of it too. This side is a pale shadow of previous teams, what disturbs me is that Alex often says he thinks its the best we've had.

Well, our 12 Mill striker did F all for us tonight, so I would have rather spent the money on a center back!!!
 
That was a pathetic performance really, and all the time I say we need a play-maker some people on here say no, if we don't have people to create chances how the hell are we gonna score??. We have just been piss poor this season!!. Butt,phil neville,fortune, wot more can u say!!.

didnt see the game tonight but I like butt to play a defensive midfield I guess since we lost this game and have to score now at OT playing Kleberson might be the option.

There's no blame to attach to Porto, if you dont do the crime, they cant 'exaggerate' it.
