No it was against Birmingham he scored the goal. But in the league game vs Fulham he won a penalty for us and passed to two goals when we won. He was very good in that game.Longlivekeano said:Park to start---fresh legs, did not play against Lille, but was our best performer against Reading in the FA Cup and so will definitely start against Fulham, also scored a goal against Fulahm last season in the League Cup
Longlivekeano said:Saha in from the start based on the theory that most players scored against their ex-clubs and Saha has already gotten 2 superb goals against Fulham as far as I can remember (1 in the 1st league match, 1 a few seasons ago when he ran from the half way line to score a brilliant goal), so he's in virtue of his need to start scoring goals to boost his confidence and his good record against his former club plus some good form as subsitute against Lille means he is an automatic starter

Im a bit worried about this one because we dont have a great record against Fulham away but im going to go with us 1-2. Ronaldo and Saha usually score against these lot
Apparently he injured his foot when he kicked those water bottles. Or atleast thats what it says in some papers this morning.[Hellboy]17 said:1-3 Rooney x 2 & Saha

Manchester United wingers Ryan Giggs and Cristiano Ronaldo have both been passed fit.
Ronaldo sustained a foot injury in the Champions League win over Lille on Tuesday, while match-winner Giggs suffered a minor knock.
Sarni said:It might seem like 'just another game', but it's a very important fixture as we could move 9 points clear with a victory and Chelsea's game in hand comes somewhere in a distant future, so living with a thought that you are not six, but nine points behind could prove difficult.
Fulham aren't a bad team, at least they aren't as bad as their results suggest. I remember them giving us hard games in the past, beating us at Old Trafford and fighting until the final whistle at Craven Cottage (hello Papa Bouba Diop).
They also have something to prove after a few bad games, especially last week when they got hammered by Tottenham at their own ground by 4-0. Defeats like that usually make weaker teams double their effort in following game, and when it's a game as prestigious as this one, they will fight like mad.
It won't be a walk-over for us surely, Fulham got stuffed at Old Trafford in the opening game but that shouldn't be a benchmark by which they will be measured. Coleman will surely try to once again hassle United, and I hope we won't underestimate opposition.
I'd put the strongest team possible on the pitch, league is a priority and we can't slip in a moment like this. I would rather rest some players against Reading, as going out in FA Cup wouldn't be as painful as dropping points in the league plus Reading are likely to put out their second string team as well.
I'd be happy with a 2-0 win after some early goal from anyone, and a 70th minute killer from anyone.
