To be fair hes got no service at all....its a mish mash of players all over the place seemingly having no idea where their supposed to play coupled with a defence thats woeful...understanbly so its full of midfielders...

Never was going to be Owens sort of game...Cant fathom why again Berbatov is left out....the entire team selection makes very little sense in all honesty...

Typical United match at Craven Cottage tbh. We could have needed a Winker this game....
 
As awful as it gets this season. We need a major improvement in everything we do in the second half and it's only 1-0. C'mon we can still win this. Berba and Ober on hopefully.
 
Our defence has been poor, not surprisingly. Rooney and Anderson have been decent, Scholes very sloppy.
 
Oh well, there's still another 45 minutes of football.

Horrible formation, giving them way too much space, too many aimless long balls to no one and shooting when there's a better pass on.

Get to 4-4-2, and bring a left winger on and try and get outside them.

Danny Murphy has scored 4 times on United before this match, all those matches ended in a win for his team. Things aren't looking good today tbh.
 
Terrible performance so far, as bad as i have seen us play in a long time.

owen and rooney actually look quite sharp in terms of movement and at least having a go but have seen very little of both because the service has been terrible, fletch is wasted a right back because we miss that energy in midfield, scholes has just been awful misplaced passes and no composure. heart in my mouth every time they are in our half they look like scoring, gonna have to work very very hard to get anything from this

If we're going to stick with the 3-5-2, Fletcher has to move to the midfield, meaning that Evra reverts to left back and De Laet to right back.
 
I know the defence is decimated, but what's with the shit that we're serving up in attack. As soon as I saw the team, I could have fecking predicted the way this game was going to go. feck all creativity.

Rooney as per, is doing feck all when we need our big player to step up. Berbatov is benched - is the fecker ever going to a get a run?

we can't make a proper cross.
