They can just take it from the Tory money tree.

Tories can't claim ownership of strong and stable or fiscal responsibility when the manifesto changes by billions within days.

So the NHS comparison was just hot air essentially.

Intersting retween from Somerset Webb:

You don't actually think Corbyn is a terrorist sympathiser, do you ?

Is that a yes or a no?

I think Corbyn has allowed his ideology to guide him toward some bad choices. Indeed, these errors have occurred with such rapidity that you are left wondering whether he doesn't care. He is also quite happy to have terrorist sympathisers as personal friends. Part of Corbyn tge politician has sympathy for the anti-Western fight.

At best, i believe he would be dangerously hesitant with regard to anti-terrorism operations. At worst, he will bring about an irresponsibly isolationist Britain. I also think he would disregard the democratic wishes of the Falkland Islanders by pursuing a power sharing agreement with Argentina.

It boils down to judgement, and i have little if any confidence in his.

Bought off at the expense of the poor and the vulnerable. Way to go Jerro!

Tonight's interview could be a big thing, if she's composed and appears in control then she regains some of the narrative, but do badly and it amplifies the chaos of the last weekend.
What's going on tonight?

Has this thread been renamed Theresa May Goes Into Meltdown yet?
I feel like we should avoid tempting fate. Bear in mind what happened with polls during pussygate and what happened afterwards.

Ok, now we're fast approaching the parody event horizon. So he's the one who would be 'irresponsibly isolationist', not the government who just fully embraced UKIP nationalism and the hardest version of Brexit. Because of course nothing says internationalist like kicking out foreigners and telling people that if they think they are citizens of the world then they're 'citizens of nowhere'.

Surely you'd like him even more if he promised to just leave the lot of them homeless and starving, like your heroes in the modern Conservative party?

Bear in mind this could just mean braille and large print versions. They were insisting it wasn't a change earlier so I can't see them openly stating it needed a manifesto rewrite. Though you never know...

The new version just says 'HE'S A TERRORIST!!!'.

With regards to the Falklands I think your being just maybe a tad over dramatic.

And as for an isolationist Britain, the last decade has shown that Britain has only caused absolute misery across the world, the Iraq War, Afghanistan, the bombing and destruction of Libya in 2011 and now currently supplying the Saudi dictatorship with bombs to kill civilians in Yemen(Most of this done under the falsehood of anti terrorism and ''democracy''). A isolationist Britian would be far better for the world.

So if it boils down to judgment(And I think there's some valid criticism of Corbyn judgement on foreign policy in the 90's)then last decade surely proves Corbyn has had the better judgment, well at the very least better then the person he is running against.

This.

If she's like that now. Can't imagine what Andrew Neil will do to her flimsy defence

It is possible that they just forgot to include in the manifesto the sentence mentioning that the care cap amount would be decided after the appropriate consultation but it's an absolute gift to Labour & the rest. And when it looks like the best they can offer up in response is the contrivance that Corbyn was some sort of undercover terrorist mole about 25 years ago, no wonder they're getting some stick, atm

Even Kuenssberg is putting the boot in.

They mentioned it alright. Said there would be no cap as it would not be fair. Also, an earlier agreement with insurance companies wanting to sell policies had a "no cap" condition.

If the last couple of interviews with her are anything to go by he'll be too busy trying to disguise his erection.

I find that really strange unless they were just blase about the ''oh the insurance you can get will sort that out''.

I was amazed they weren't having a cap on it. Seems more typically Tory that they would. Which makes the £ 100,000 look a bit mean too. You don't get a lot of house for £100,000 in t'shires do you?

I don't think May has actually answered a question yet. Only 5 mins in though..
