Television Gotham - TV series

Great episode. Been really enjoying this season and the little arcs they do.

Its all about the villains and the Batman stories seem to have the best ones.

This season has been so good.

It's still a bit silly, and some of the villains running around together like The Goonies still makes me laugh, but it's all good fun and the story arcs currently are great.

The grey man training Bruce is not Ra's by any chance, is he?

That was my thought watching the last episode.
The best thing about this show is the villains and im glad its embracing its wackiness towards it.

Did anyone notice? In E17, after Gordon delivered the Riddler to the Court, that girl band in Barbaras place is playing a "Killing Joke" tune -- "love like blood" :D

I didn't know what to make of this show. I watched the whole thing in a few weeks of binge.

On the one hand, when it was good, it was excellent - certain episodes were great TV. But generally the acting and sets and storylines ranged from awful to mediocre. My workmates loved it on the other hand!

Been watching it religiously but missed the last few episodes, gotta catch up. I like what they're doing with the Riddler and Penguin's relationship.

Riddler/Penguin working together is so much fun, especially since now they also want to kill each other. Brilliant stuff.

Holy shit next week is 2 hours? I was reading an episode synopsis and was wondering how they were going to cram so much in 40 minutes  Makes much more sense now.

Yet another superb episode.

Their ott cartoonish style, villains, how they portray Gotham - everything is just perfect.

So much better than all the other superhero shows which just feels like tween dramas compared.

Didn't like seeing that annoying twat Fish Mooney back, though.

I actually find it the perfect balance between the cartoonishness of the 90's Batman films and the gritty realism of the Nolan films.

They have really nailed it this season. Another good episode minus the virus injection storyline in this episode.

Yeah so the grey man wasn't Ra's but we'll get one nonetheless. Great to hear, this show's grown on me in a way I didn't expect it to in the first season.

Agreed, first season was focusing on all the wrong things and seemed like a cop drama with new weekly issues. Now its focusing on the villains more so with Penguin, Riddler, Jerome (Joker :P) and I didnt even mind the return of Fish, though shes probably the worst of the worst.

Bruce is more interesting now as well. Its a show that is now embracing what it should be and a lot of fun.

Demons head :D

Double episode out today.

So looking forward to tonight when I can watch it

Man, Lee and her tits

That was a fantastic finale by the way, Flash can watch and learn. Are they planning to go with another season or do they want to finish on a high? I wouldn't blame them if they did imo, it felt like a perfect ending to the series.

Its been renewed for a fourth season.

Season 4 is going to be ridiculously good. Only disappointment of the finale was no sign of Harley Quinn as rumoured, although

There's obviously a lot of talk that Barbara could be Harley Quinn or it could be somebody else already on the show.

Then the reveal of Butch who is actually Cyrus Gold aka Soloman Grundy, Bruce finally in the opening stages of becoming Batman and so much more.

Expecting Season 4 to be the best season so far.

Well, when they said she would be in the episode they just meant the person who would become her.

They should have that daughter that he saved be some medical genius who goes onto become a doctor.... who then gets corrupted by Jerome :P

Anyway, fantastic double episode finale. So much fun. Shame about Babs as shes been fantastic since turning villain. I do like how when women show they are turning bad, they show more cleavage. Always a good thing.
Her story with Tabitha pretty much reached an end and will start a new one with Tabitha and Catwoman.

The cat and mouse between Penguin and Riddler has been one of the best things about the show.

And using Ra's and the pit was cool especially the story with Bruce and Alfred. That was a nice finish for this season too, especially the final scene.

fecking Ben McKenzie … literally!

Great series, and wonderful finale, right up until the end reveal (I know they had to take a shot in the dark 4 years ago but … really) expecting us to buy into that angel faced kid as the saviour of … anything?

Think they pitched it one or two years early for Batman … Catwoman they got spot on!

Trailer but pretty much starts from 4:20 (rest is a recap but nicely done):

About time they introduced Scarecrow. Good to see Jerome might play a part in the upcoming season too, he's by far my favourite character.
