I agree it was probably the worst game I have seen from him this season, during his "goal drought" early on in the season he was usually playing much better than he did today. He was poor today I thought, but there's no denying he is a quality player.

But didn't he work the keeper 3 times with very good efforts? He was sloppy at times, but when a striker is having good efforts well saved, then he has to be doing something right. I just don't think the average Prem striker works the keeper as well as Kane did today.
I'd say he was poor compared to his usual standard, the fact that he still had a descent game compared to the average prem striker says something about the level he has been playing at for the last year. But didn't he work the keeper 3 times with very good efforts? He'll have to become a lot more clinical if we buy him so. It'll take him a month to get three clear cut chances.
Doesn't really say much when ighalo and vardy are his competition.I would say Augero is the only striker better than him in the league.
Giroud, Martial, Sturridge and Lukaku are all better than those two, he's been a significant improvement on what we have, £50mil in today's market seems fair.Doesn't really say much when ighalo and vardy are his competition.
I think he is so raw still, as he can stink up the place when he has a bad game. But like this whole Tottenham team, who are raw, but there is undeniable talent. Looking forward to seeing england benefit from his development. I wouldn't want to pay anywhere near the sums thrown about for him though
I'd take Kane in a heartbeat, but it's probably too late. He'd be a perfect fit for us. Not sure we why didn't go in for him last summer.
Great goal, but wernt up to much when Arsenal had 11 players on the pitch.
Was very impressed with his hold up play today.
that has a lot to do with overall spurs play but he's great number 9. Kane upfront Martial from the left and Rasher from the right:-)Me too, he is strong, good first touch and lays it off progressively rather than just constantly pushing it back where it came from.
Great goal. Still runs like he's wearing a backpack though.
