Tired maybe, but interesting that 12 of his 25 league goals came in 6 games against Villa, Norwich and Bournemouth. Just 13 in the other 32 games.
Kane doesn't seem to be on form but the way England play doesn't help him at all. The build up is slow and it is easy for the opposition to close down the striker(s). Yesterday Vardy touched the ball only few times and was quite lucky to score.

You must be joking. He was all over the place looking for the ball because he wasn't getting any service.Hasn't Alli Been given the licence to get forward and support Kane? I think the 4-4-3m is set up to to get the best out of Kane, He never has to move out of position, he's always in the middle of the pitch(he doesnt really roam from the strikers position) and he's got the number 10 he plays with at spurs behind him.
I don't think people can use our tactics as an excuse.
No, i think they have a better first XI than us at the moment actually. That's because of a very slow start to the season, only one goal in first nine games, and still managed 25 for the season. Even 13 in 32 games isn't exactly poor. You really do love knocking spurs players don't you. Did a spurs player do something terrible to you in a previous life or something?
at least his price will drop a bit and Levy will see an opportunity to sell, he will be available for around 80m now but that's okay because he will start scoring again from next season on and we can resell him to real for 150m before signing 38years old messi on a free transfer

Yes he's been below par, I don't dispute that but strikers do need service and he wasn't getting any. As you said, no movement and no pace, that doesn't only apply to Kane, there was no creativity from those tasked with supplying Kane. If he was getting supply and missing chances you could blame him 100%, but he didn't get any chances. That's not entirely his fault. The whole team was below par.Hey Mr Dibbly, long time no speak
Harry Kane, for whatever reason you wish to give, is performing well below par. Absolutely no movement up top, distinct lack of pace in behind and basically offering absolutely no goal threat whatsoever. A shadow of himself or mayhaps he just isn't as good as we all thought. I couldn't say either way, well not with any degree of conviction, but I know his place in the current England team is all but gone after the Wales game, and so it should be with the likes of
Vardy, Sturridge and Rashford all looking far sharper and more "on it" than Kane.
He has been tumescent in these euros... thought I would say it. One of the biggest flops of the tournament if not the biggest. Selfish prick who shoots every time he gets the ball no matter where he is. Or delivers shit corners.
He will be one of the scapegoats
Unfair really . Still young and clearly couldn't handle the pressure

Total crap. If you seriously imagine that playing against Iceland is more pressure than playing in a North London derby against Arsenal then you are off your trolley.
I said from the start that trying to shoe-horn Rooney into the side was the fundamental mistake - and god was he crap tonight. Kane plays best in a 4-2-3-1 formation, but no, Hodgson insists on (a) playing him in 4 -3-3 (or else some bollocks 'diamond' formation), probably because he's heard it's 'fashionable'; and (b) shoe-horning in Rooney, because he's a 'big player'.
Rooney's inclusion fecks it up for both Kane and Alli, who gets shunted to the left hand side of a 3-man midfield, when he should have been playing centrally behing Kane.
The basic team should always have involved Dier and Wilshere as a two behind Alli, with Kane up front by himself, and two others playing either side of Alli as an attacking three.

Or due to England failure to create the similar quantity of chances as Totenham = more pressure when he sees a slight chance = overdoes himself. It is different pressure for sure and sometimes some players love International football more than club. England's tactics played a part in him looking clueless but the miscontrols, the poor shots, the shit set pieces, it was all him.

I think there may be a trend with players who does well independently at club level also did well at international stage, while better player who is more system based, does not as well (unless the NT can provide a similar quality platform)
The free kick in the 87th minute when he sent it sailing into touch was inexcusably poor.Maybe that explains the poor finishing but the lack of controls ? The poor set pieces ?
You know the pressure, of thinking differently than what you used to do. Let's say you play football in a park with the goal without net. You don't want to shoot with your best power and spend 10 minutes going collect the ball.(Even if you do use full power and score, you lose stamina collecting the ball and affect your game later on) With change of power, your shooting would be off due to you need a different technique to hit the ball accurately without the same power.Maybe that explains the poor finishing but the lack of controls ? The poor set pieces ?

Mentality play huge part in football. Professional football is very demanding. Changing even smallest habit would have a huge effect on thing.
That was so bad..The free kick in the 87th minute when he sent it sailing into touch was inexcusably poor.
He's young and a talent, but a poor tournament has been a reality check on where he's at.
