I think you'll find it hard to be motivated for a tournament that didn't exist before, after winning the most prestigious trophy in world football, if not of all sports.

I'm obviously biased but seeing England and the Netherlands, I feel better about France's prospects of winning the Euro 2020. I don't think winning the world cup necessarily means we're now the best team in the world, but they won it while being a team that is far from its best and is only going to improve in time. The Dutch are the same, they are going to be a force to be reckoned with, but they're missing something up top and they are still behind France in their development IMO.

Wijnaldum was marking Maguire at the back post there and they try a fancy corner like that...

This Dutch side will be good if they can find a goal scorer. Never thought they'd lack that of all things...
 
Amazes me that Rojo is still at United and Daley Blind was sold...that passage of play there when he was given a duff pass...made it look so easy and the Dutch made England look like amateurs

England are a joke. Our domestic footballer are alright but compared to other nations we are very poor on an individual basis.

Hence why every premier league winning team has had their star continental players.

But that's the only thing that's holding them back, outside of that they are as talented in midfield and defense. They may not be ready by the Euro 2020 to win it all, but someone's gotta come out at some point up front to complete the team.

Although I won't complain if it doesn't happen. :p
 
England lacks flair big time. Some great quality players like Kane but no one to create things.
